Jeffery was great, showed up as expected, accommodated a last minute change of plans, shared plenty of photos, was clear in communication and met all expectations. Plus happy pets!

We were so happy with the care our three cats - George, Harold, and Pete - received. It can be a challenge to manage a multi-cat household, but everything was handled perfectly. Rylan was reliable, attentive to their different personalities, and kept us updated the entire time. We will definitely book again!

Kaitlin was amazing to work with, she visited our home and met Stella ahead of time and was an instant match (not common for our energy bunny). The day of our booking, we received texts when Kaitlin arrived and were updated when she left. What an amazing experience for our first time with Rover!
