Our sweet beagle was well cared for, felt safe, calm, active and loved. Dee's whole family are BIG dog lovers! They really got to know her in a meet and greet. It's a love family: Dee's husband and kids were very enthusiastic about the arrival of a dog and her time there. We are so grateful for this sensitivity and care because Chrysalis has a history of trauma and anxiety. It takes a special person to understand these issues. By understanding, they brought out all of Chrysalis' best gentle characteristics like love of sniffing, sleeping, and snuggling. We will be bringing Chrysalis back for sure. This is a wonderful family and home, and Dee's communication is excellent including photos!

Glenn stayed the day for the first time in preparation for an overnight stay. He came back happy. I'll be booking the overnight stay. Definitely recommend.

Thanks for your incredible care for Penny! She is always so happy (and tired) when she comes home. You make it super easy to schedule. Great experience.

Maureen was great! She was available on short notice to watch Loki for the day. He loved his time with her!

Adam &Sonja are great people to work with and they treat your dog as if it is their own. They do a great job introducing your pet to theirs and monitor them throughout the day. They provide extensive feedback on how you dog’s day went and really are just great people to have care for your dog! I would recommend them without hesitation!

Emily is a wonderful ‘dog mom’. We did a meet and greet first and she welcomed me in her home and we sat and talked and she asked questions about our dog. She has since watched Ranger a few times and it’s been great. She sends photos and updates. Ranger has issues with wood floors so we brought some runners. She was more than happy to put down the rugs and help make Ranger comfortable in her home.

David is the best! He took in my not so potty trained puppy with no complaints! My puppy got to play with an older dog that was there and they had a really good day. By the time I got my puppy back he was burnt out from an eventful day! Highly recommended and will be going back when available!

It's my first time using the app and I'm really happy and grateful to Brenda at Alvin they were great they were always sending photos and videos they made me feel like my Felix was really comfortable and happy thank you guys for everything you did for us 🫶🏻🐶🐾

Definitely a dog person, Kira is also responsive, flexible and super reliable. After just a day with Kira and Alejandro, my Lou was smitten. He couldn't wait to go with her in the morning and didn't really want to come home at the end of the day. these guys are keepers.

Marilyn took the best care of my old pup! She sent lots of pictures and video updates which gave me peace of mind and I could see how happy my little boy was. Will definitely book with her again!

As always, Ollie loves going to daycare at Katie’s! She is so communicative and you can just tell she loves dogs. Ollie always comes home tired and happy!!
