Dog Boarding in Mendota Heights

Robert took excellent care of our little pup (Linus) while we were on vacation. Robert sent regular updates and fun pictures of all the things they were doing throughout the day. Robert was kind enough to pick up Linus from a friend who was already dog-sitting for us for part of our trip and this worked out really well. I really appreciated how quickly Robert was to respond to any questions I had about our arrangements and care for Linus. It was clear that Linus was well cared for and a happy dog when we returned. I would definitely recommend Robert and be happy to have him watch Linus in the future. Thanks!

Lan was amazing!! I will definitely book with her again! I had a funeral to go to and had to leave town. At first I thought that the hotel that I booked was dog friendly but found out last minute that it wasn’t. I searched on Rover, found Lan and reached out to her the same day I had to leave town, she promptly responded and agreed. Lan was very sweet and inviting, my shy timid little puppy warmed up to her right away! Throughout the weekend, Lan would send me text messages about what my puppy was up to, she sent a bunch of pictures and even sent me a video! I decided to spend an extra day out of town and needed to extend the boarding schedule for one extra day and Lan agreed without hesitation. Lan is prompt, responsive and flexible, something that I really needed this past weekend. I could tell that Lan really enjoyed watching my puppy which was a relief, especially under my last minute circumstance. It was so nice to know that my puppy was in good hands. Thank you, Lan!! Remy enjoyed his stay with Nicole, David and family. The dogs to play with was a real plus for him! Their communication throughout the process was amazing and I plan on going to them for future visits.

Brenda was super communicative and warm. She and her dogs made the perfect home for Marin. Her two dogs are gentle souls and made Marin feel right at home. We would recommend Brenda and would definitely seek her services again!

We had to find boarding for our pup last minute and we are so happy to have found Perla! She was super accommodating with our drop off and pick-up time, it was helpful because our road trip drive time kept changing! She made sure Monty was comfy and even let him sleep on her bed! We’re super appreciative of the frequent updates with photos and felt at ease knowing he was in good hands and company! Thank you, Perla and family!

We needed a last minute dog sitter to watch our pup for several days and reached out to Steven B. He was easy to work with and responsive to Vinny’s needs. We got regular updates and photos. We could see he was settled and enjoying his adventures. It was great to know he was so well taken care of. Would highly recommend and will book again!

McKenzie made it possible for me to attend a big event without worry for Loki, our Lab Mastiff, when my husband got called out of town unexpectedly at the same time. Her communication is great and her love of dogs is evident. Loki was happy and had a great time.

Katie was great with our dog Kona! She communicated with us every day with pictures and videos, and we just felt really comfortable knowing our sweet dog was with her. Highly recommend!

We could tell Catherine would be an amazing dog sitter right from the meet-and-greet. She is thorough, attentive, and genuinely cares about learning your pet’s quirks and habits to provide the best possible care. We received daily updates during our trip, and we’re pretty sure he was having a vacation too with all the playtime and cuddles!

Ashley is always the best. So patient with my youthful and energetic pup. Ashley has a strong understanding of dog behavior and effective incentives. Every time Roux stays with Ashley, she winds up learning something new. We can't recommend Ashley enough!

Deborah was so kind and attentive to my dog. I know this both from the many photos and, even more, because my shy (recently rescued) dog warmed up to her within two days (a miracle). I also appreciated Deborah’s care in asking for us to do a home visit before I left, so she could meet and get a sense of my dog (and vice versa). My dog also loved her fenced-in yard area, where she hung out while Deborah gardened. She took my dog on good walks along with her dog. (I asked her to do them together b/c it steadies my dog.) She has a very comfortable room set up for visiting dogs so they can get used to her and her home on their own timetable. She spent lots of time with my dog in that room until she started to come on her own accord to other areas of her home. She has some pet stairs, which I appreciated b/c my dog has a bad back and can’t jump down from heights. I will definitely book with Deborah again! Thank you so much!

Ellen is great with our dog and has been flexible in the event travel plans require slight modifications. Our dog loves going over to Ellen's!

Robert and I had an unusual struggle getting things book on rover. Robert was professional, kind and patient as it took several days to straighten out. My dog had a nice stay and talked highly of them on the way home.

Amanda and Leif are rhe BEST! I left my dogs with them for the first time leaving them in 4 years and I can say I was 100% confident that they were in the best hands. I was so nervous to leave them but was reassured everyday through pictures and communication that they were doing great. My younger dog has seizures and is on medication and they were able to administer his meds without issue. The photos I received told of the love they were receiving. I seriously couldnt have asked for better. They allowed only my dogs at one time so I wouldn't have to worry about how they would interact with other dogs. I had a real sense of peace. This family is very kind and loving. I know my dogs had the best time they could have had without us. I plan to use them everytime I need a sitter or have to leave out of town. They are awesome people, dog lovers and made my dogs part of their family while I was away. I didn't worry about them for even a minute and that is the best gift I could ask for. ❤️❤️❤️

It was comforting to go on a trip and know that my Dorian was in good hands. Kyle updated me daily and even sent some pictures. Dorian is an older dog, with lots of needs, and Kyle was so gentle and patient with him.

Wonderful and attentive care! Greatly appreciate the daily updates with pictures and video, especially being away for over a week. It was a bonus that Caroline’s dog was a great playmate for my dachshund.

I loved Rachel! She eased my fears of leaving my fur baby with a stranger for the first time. Daily update on him as well as pictures of his cuteness. He came tierd, excited and excited to be home. I wasn't worried about him in Rachel's care she was fantastic!! I will book with her in the future!! Thank you for everything!!

This was our first experience with Rover and we hit the jackpot with Andrea! Roxy stayed for 5 nights with Andrea and we received updates and videos everyday. Roxy had a blast and we could tell was very well cared for. She came home happy and tired. Such a relief to find someone to care for our sweet pup when we need it. THANK YOU!!
