Heather did great! Thoughtful 30-45 intro (getting to know-you) at my home, unpaid, prior to booking. Great, (uber fast most cases), timely communication every encounter. I used her services 8 days while away on international travel for my 2 cat bros (yes, bros because they are my fam!). Heather could sense this and exceeded my expectations. 1 (nearly) half-hour visit each day, to feed them wet food, check on dry food and water fountain, litter boxes daily, mail, and took out my trash/recycling out when it was my day. Sent 3-4 pictures of the daily, and video every 2-3 days. Daily text message plus daily Rover in-app update. Bonus from my end: she cleaned all the dirty dishes from the wet food from all week, and they were sitting there all clean is the dish rack when I got home. It was nice getting back home after a week, everything was done for the day (house did not smell stewy from dirty cat dish’s soaking), and finding my home exactly like I left it, maybe even cleaner! One of my cats has sensitive stomach, and will overeat and vomit sometimes, and that was cleaned up, and documented in the sense so I knew how often and/or, how much. I think she was a little more expensive versus some of the others I saw when booking (maybe 5 bucks a day), but I felt like it was worth every penny after arriving back home. Paula is excellent! Fantastic with communication and so patient/kind with my shy kitties. I had never used Rover before and she helped me navigate everything so well. I would highly recommend her and look forward to having her take care of them in the future! Thank you Paula!

Jessica was very responsive and took such good care of our kitties! We will for sure be using her again. It’s so nice to know that our animals are being looked after by someone who truly cares when we are out of town.

We LOVE Ms. Jill! She is VERY organized, punctual and treats your pets like they are her own. We could leave our pets for a weekend and know with confidence they were in good hands. We will use Ms. Jill's services as long as she is in this line of work!

My cats were well looked after and pampered while we were away. I loved all of the pictures of each of my kiddos!

Carolyn took such good care of my dogs. She communicated quickly before I booked, my dogs loved her when she met them and she went above and beyond with their needs. I will definitely be booking with her again.

Angela was so wonderful!! She was very flexible, my dog seemed to love, she sent lots of pictures and even closed our windows while we were gone since it was raining! Would most definitely book her again ?

Emma was wonderful with our animals. All instructions were followed and she gave lots of love to our dogs. Our 3 month old puppy was well taken care of and sleeping soundly when we got home. I would highly recommend Emma for pet sitting your animals!
