Cat Sitting in Potsdam

Anne was very attentive and spent lots of time playing during her visit. She did a great job giving oral medication and was thoughtfully to bring catnip to help our cat feel more comfortable with her.

This is the second time Alison helping with our cats, bearded dragon and fish. She even helped with an unexpected cat accident and cleaned up for us. We will definitely work with her in the future.

She was great at communicating. She left cute updates and photos of my cats everyday.

Friendly and communicative! Even got my skittish boy to come out and socialize which I was very impressed by. Would definitely love to hire Hound again!

Lindsey did a fantastic job caring for our pets! She managed quite the spectrum—one cat who needs lots of love, attention, and twice-daily meds, another who can be a bit grumpy, and even our turtle, who she entertained with a tracking game. Everyone was safe, happy, and well cared for. She made the whole process so easy, checking in each visit with updates and photos that gave us peace of mind. We’re so grateful to have found her and will definitely book again.

Anna was excellent! She took care of our cats for the week of our absence exactly how we asked & they were content - not angry - when we came home.

I can’t say enough good things about Mara! She went above and beyond! She not only communicated when there was a plumbing issue at the house, but took care of a chipmunk my cat decided to hunt and also left the house neat and clean. She sent cute photos of my cat Scarlet and cleaned up before leaving so I came home to a tidy space. Highly recommend!

This is our 3rd time using Kirsten to check in with our cat for a long weekend. She always arrives EXACTLY at the time specified and includes a picture. During this visit she wrote that our cat didn’t come around for the whole half hour which worried me but she messaged back immediately with food status etc which was a huge relief. I needed that assurance! She is also very prompt with accepting a reservation and has also watched our dog in her house twice. Our pets seem happy and well cared for and I’ll continue to request her whenever needed!

This was our first time using Rover. Anita was very easy to work with. We asked for drop in visits while we were on vacation. Anita came to our house to meet in person before the start of the Rover services to get acquainted with the space and our request for our pets. While away, she posted pictures of our cats so we could know that they’re OK. It is a relief to be able to trust someone who comes to your house while away and gives good care to your furry loved ones. I look forward to working with Anita in the future.

Brittney was fantastic with my partner and I’s bengal cat! I can’t recommend her enough. We came back and our cat was in better spirits than when we left!

We were very happy with Mikaela and will definitely book her again! We enjoyed getting the updates at every visit, and watching Layla warm up to her. We loved the photos we received as well. She had no problem cleaning up when Layla threw up once while she was there, which was much appreciated. Especially since it was on our brand new carpet! I would recommend her. Thanks so much for everything Mikaela!

Lauren was very responsive and kept me updated with comments and pics of my cats while we were away! Loved that peace of mind!
