Dog Boarding in Potsdam

Jennifer did a great job with B and was open to suggestions on how to make the stay a better experience for the both of them. We appreciated that she was willing to do a meet and greet with us and B beforehand. We've only had B for five months and had never left her for more than 3 or 4 hours, so leaving her with a stranger for a few days made me a little nervous. We also appreciated the daily picture and update that we received while on our trip. We definitely plan to call on Jennifer again in the future!

I felt so comfortable leaving my dog with Andrea. She was very communicative leading up to his stay and then sent me photos and updates daily during. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with Drew and his family. They seemed to treat Oliver like their own with lots of playtime and snuggles. We appreciated the updates throughout the weekend and arrived to find a very happy pup!

Ben and Jennifer AND their children were wonderful. They made us feel that our pets were very welcome in their home and obviously well taken care of. It’s something the whole family is involved in and the kids were just as much a part of helping out during drop off and pick up. Thank you so much for having Bear and Winnie!!! We will definitely use you again!!

Our first experience with Jess was excellent. She kept us up to date, she’s an obvious animal lover, and a fun place for Jasper to explore and meet new friends. We have already booked Jasper’s next stay with her!

Jasmine, was amazing. My dog is pretty picky but he loved her! I’m so grateful for her help while I was getting treatment at Mayo. Do not hesitate to ask her to love on your pet!

Linda did an excellent job caring for my pup, Millie, while I was out of town. She went above and beyond to make sure Millie was safe and comfortable in her care, and gave me the peace of mind I needed to fully enjoy my trip. Thank you, Linda!!

Matthew and Angela took great care of my dog while I was away for a lengthy trip. They sent a note and photos every day and Ozzie was so happy. I highly recommend this wonderful household for your pets sitting needs. They are caring and highly responsible caregivers.

Em was great! Took a last minute reservation and was very accommodating. Had no issues giving my dog her medications. Lots of pictures. My dog was very comfortable and got along well with their dogs. 10/10 will use again!

Tyler was great - gave photo updates and was prompt on check in response. Max had a good stay and did well with the other pups during his visit. Lots of room and security inside and out. Easy to relax knowing Max was in good hands, highly recommend Tyler.

Holly and Jeremy were great. I could tell petunia was well cared for. I was nervous because I had not ever sent my dog to board at someone’s house before and they let us do a meet and greet. And took great care of her making her feel comfortable. We will definitely be using them again!

Kirsten was my first Rover boarding experience and she exceeded my expectations! Her and her family are lovely and treated my cat as if he was one of their own. I got lots of pictures of my cat throughout the week and it looked like he had a blast! Will definitely be asking her to care for him again.
