House Sitting in Shakopee

Chrissy took amazing care of our two energetic pups for nearly a week! From the moment we had our meet and greet, we felt completely at ease leaving them in her hands. Throughout her stay, she kept us updated with photos and messages, which we really appreciated. The dogs looked like they were having an absolute blast! We will definitely book Chrissy again in the future!

Katie did a wonderful job taking care of our dog while we were away this past weekend. She stayed at our house and followed a pretty lengthy list of instructions for our dog, who has separation anxiety and a bit of trouble getting along with other dogs. She sent a few pictures every day which was awesome! She’s already coming back for a long stay are so happy we found her! :)

Stephanie was great to work with! Communication was easy, the house was left clean, and my crew was clearly well cared for and happy when I got back!

Victoria is amazing! We had her house sit for us for a week and she was very responsive with daily updates and photos. We came home to a clean house & happy animals; would definitely book her again!

Catarina is the dog sitter of our dreams! This was our first time having her take care of my dog, and she was phenomenal. My dog struggles with anxiety, she takes a daily medication as well as she has a rescue med if she is really having a hard time. Catarina recognized when my dog was really struggling and reached out to me to check in and ask if she could give my dog the rescue med. I was so impressed by her ability to be so in tune with not only my dog’s physical needs but also her emotional needs. Catarina texted me multiple times each day to give updates, she sent lots of videos and pictures, and she was very, very loving towards my needy dog. I had such a better vacation knowing that my dog was being cared for by such a responsible and loving person. Also, Catarina left my home spotless for us when we came home. We will never use a different dog sitter again. Catarina was AMAZING!

Olivia is a sweetheart. Very attentive, clean and loving. I got home and no surprises! Clean and neat. She even shoved my front yard.

Stephanie took great care of our two pets while housesitting over a long weekend. She provided regular updates with the cutest photos of her playing with them, and they looked like they had a blast! We would definitely rebook with Stephanie again!

Krystal did such a wonderful Job taking care of Trixie and Babs. She was so kind to send me photos of them throughout our vacation and kept me up to date day to day. I felt so comfortable knowing the dogs were being loved and had someone like her there with them in our absence. We cannot wait to have Krystal come again!

Jess was awesome with our 3 dogs. She kept them very busy with lots of attention, walks, playing ball and hanging out. We received pictures and updates regularly. Jess stayed in our home and was very respectful and handled some work being done on our house while we were gone. Definitely would have her back to watch our dogs again.

Brooke was great! She sent a lot of photos and videos throughout the sit so we never had to wonder how anyone was doing. We have two dogs and two cats so it was not an easy sit! It was clear that she really got to know our pets and they were relaxed and happy when we got home. One of our dogs is leash reactive and tricky to walk and Brooke managed him super well! We will definitely use her in the future.

We hired Kenzie from River Pet Sitting to care for our dog Frida during several big family events, and she was a tremendous help! Thanks to her, we could truly enjoy the celebrations without worrying or feeling stressed about Frida. Kenzie is reliable, dependable, accurate, and always punctual. Her calm and gentle presence helped Frida a lot with her separation anxiety. It was clear that Kenzie genuinely cares about animals and takes her responsibilities seriously. We are very grateful for her excellent work and would absolutely recommend Kenzie and River Pet Sitting to anyone looking for professional and caring pet care.

Sky was great watching our girls. Both our girls have different personalities and needs and Sky was able to both play with them and take care of their daily eyedrops and oral medications. Sky also left our home spotless when she was finished. She made us feel comfortable leaving our girls in her hands and we’ll be sure to have her watch them again the future.

Eden took care of our two dogs excellently and even complied with some special requests regarding their separation anxiety. She really went the extra mile and we're so glad to have found her at the last minute. Thank you Eden!

I was able to book Cameron to watch my 4 month old golden retriever, with only a few days notice, and we really lucked out! He brought along his dog Nova for a house sitting evening and we were very pleased. My pup has a great time with both Cameron and Nova and was all tucked in his crate for bed, as instructed, when we got home that night.

Kris was wonderful!! Communicated very well! Sent pictures and videos and came for not 1 but 2 meet and greets to make sure our dogs could get more comfortable with her as this was our first time using her to petsit. She also was very flexible and accommodating when our flight got delayed and she stayed a bit longer than what we originally scheduled. I would definitely recommend Kris and I will can using her again!!
