Dog Boarding in Watertown

Dayjah is a really gentle soul. My dog is a rescue that is a dogs dog. Not super into humans understandably. She loves going to Dayjah’s. She settles right into Dayjah’s home and schedule. It’s great having a home away from home that I know she’s engaged, cared for, and that she’s with someone that I can trust when she can’t be with me.

Jenna is clearly a person who loves animals and has an innate understanding of dogs. Nicki adjusted quickly to Jenna's home, and when I picked her up, she was a little tired (in a good way) but completely comfortable and happy. Throughout Nicki's stay, Jenna regularly updated me with photographs and comments on Nicki's day. Another great experience with Rover dog-sitters. I can't imagine putting my dog in a kennel when such wonderful people are happy to take care of your pup. Thank you Jenna, and your husband too!!

She and her family are fantastic! She is super responsive and kept us updated with pictures regularly. We felt completely at ease leaving our dog with her. So glad we found her, and we will definitely ask her to watch in the future!

Diego had a great time at Emily’s! He was there for a full week and came home exhausted. She was wonderful to work with, very flexible when we had a couple changes, and kept me updated with photos almost daily.

Vince and Sandy are not only super nice people but were great with Teddy! He was a happy boy when we picked him up! We received pictures and videos of him daily! Nice backyard for his freedom to roam and run. We felt so fortunate to find someone to love our dog as much as we do while we are away!

Brittany took excellent care of our elderly dog Julio, who has a number of special needs given his age. She did a wonderful job of accommodating him and coming up with ideas to make him feel comfortable. She was especially responsive and understanding with respect to my need for check-ins and reassurance. When I visited Brittany’s home to meet her and see the environment, I knew when I saw how happy her dogs were that Julio would be in good hands. We will definitely call upon Brittany again and will refer her to everyone we know. Thank you so much Brittany for being there for Julio. It will be easier to take vacations now that we know about you!

A+ experience with Cherie! From the start, Cherie was quick to communicate and provided daily updates with pictures and videos. I know my little miss Piper enjoyed her stay and we will surely be booking with Cherie again!

Corine and her family are THE BEST! My husband and I were getting married and her family watched our sweet pups for us and took such great care of them! They updated us with pictures and were so accommodating!

Beth and Evan were wonderful with our big (120#) boy! They truly love dogs and understand they are family. We have already rebooked and look forward to the next time.

Frank and Clarissa are absolutely fantastic dog sitters! They took such wonderful care of Gilligan while I was out of town for my son's graduation. It gave me so much peace of mind to know he was in safe, loving hands, and they even sent me the cutest updates.

Beth communicated clearly, provided updates during boarding, and it’s obvious she’s a true dog lover. My dog had plenty of outdoor space to play and socialize with other dogs, and came home happy and well-exercised. I’d highly recommend Beth for rural dog boarding.

Brandi and her family took amazing care of Mila, you can tell Mila loves being there and getting all of their attention! This was our second time booking and it was just as great as the first time.

Another awesome stay with Regan! She treats our dog like her own and he looks like he’s having such a good time. We love the daily updates with pictures!

Oscar's stay with KJ was awesome! This was his first time with her and I'm always a bit worried about how things will go. But there was absolutely no need! She went above and beyond our expectations. She took him swimming, on multiple walks a day and even brushed him a couple of times which he needed (he never likes it when we do it. Ha)!!! This was only a 2 day stay but even so, we got multiple pictures and videos which is always appreciated. Our flight was delayed and she was beyond patient with us in arranging a later than expected pick up. We already have him booked for another stay and definitely plan to use KJ as long as she'll have him. Thank you so much for caring for our boy like he was your own!!! It means the world to us.

Vanessa and Andrew were absolutely amazing with our pup! Lots of updates and photos and he came home happy! Although I’m not sure he wanted to come home after his wonderful stay with Vanessa and Andrew 🥰 already booking with them again for a future stay!

Brittany cared for my dog for an entire week while I was away on a trip, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, Brittany was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Once I provided my dates, the booking process moved quickly and smoothly, which made it easy for me to finalize my travel plans and organize my schedule. Throughout the stay, she asked thoughtful questions before, during, and near the end of the booking. I really appreciated her attention to detail and desire to ensure she understood my dog's needs and routines. When I met Brittany, it was immediately apparent that she genuinely loves animals and has experience working with dogs. She was confident, knowledgeable, and interacted with my dog in a way that showed both care and understanding. One thing that impressed me most was the condition of my dog when I picked her up. Sometimes after staying with others, my dog comes home with noticeably different habits or manners due to inconsistent rules and expectations. That was not the case with Brittany. My dog returned home with the same good manners, structure, and behavior that I have worked hard to establish. To me, that speaks volumes about Brittany's standards and the consistency she maintains while caring for pets. Brittany is also very active, which was a great fit for my younger German Shepherd. My dog clearly received plenty of exercise, attention, and engagement throughout the week. In fact, she came home happily exhausted, which told me her physical and mental needs were being met while I was away. What stood out most was Brittany's communication, thoughtful questions, prompt responses, genuine love for animals, and overall knowledge of dog behavior. Those qualities made a significant difference, especially with a high-energy working breed like a young German Shepherd. I would confidently recommend Brittany to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and caring pet care. Leaving your dog with someone else requires a great deal of trust, and I had complete confidence that my dog was in good hands. I experienced no issues whatsoever and fully intend to book with Brittany again in the future. If you're looking for someone who will treat your pet with care, maintain structure and routine, and provide excellent communication throughout the process, Brittany is an outstanding choice.
