John and Rachael have been fantastic with my little Jazzy. She has acclimated well and looks forward to going on her scheduled days.

Mackenzie was really good with my dogs - patient and willing to let my dogs naturally adapt to her environment - they seemed to make themselves at home and had plenty of room to roam and play. For the first time not putting them in a daycare at a local business I felt comfortable leaving them with Mackenzie - even more than the business day cares because I knew they were getting her personal attention and touch- and the dog ratio was better for my two as well, it wasn’t as overwhelming. Moving is stressful. Big move day, moving all the big pieces, with a big truck and more people, is extra stressful. Having a reliable person watch over my fur baby, providing the balance and peace, takes a big part of the stress away. And TK loves spending time with her Shawn.
