House Sitting in Augusta

Marissa did an absolutely wonderful job caring for our pets while we were away! She was punctual, kept our animals on their normal schedules, and was even able to quickly earn the love and affection of our dog that is typically very shy and sometimes anxious around new people. She sent us lots of photos to make us feel more comfortable that our fur babies were happy and healthy and enjoying our vacation as much as we were! We’re so thrilled at the amazing job she did.

If we could give Leigh 10 stars, we would. She came out a week or so early to determine if she would get along with our dogs (Abby, 11 yr old giant schnoodle, 75lbs and Barney, 2 yr old medium F2 g’doodle) and the dogs got along with her pretty much immediately. She is very professional and cared for our dogs based on their normal habits, schedules, nuances, etc. in our house so we could eliminate that part of the anxiety while we were out for 4 nights from 11/21 - 11/25. She sent us pics and vids every day to give us piece of mind which helped us with OUR anxiety. I would recommend her to anyone wishing this type of service. Kathryn cared for our 11 year old dog and did a great job. She had to provide some special care for him due to a leg injury and he had a medical issue come up, which she handled both really well. She communicates well, provides updates and I feel very comfortable using her again in the future.

Many thanks to Kacy for staying with our dogs for six nights. Kacy communicated the perfect amount before the stay and while we were gone. I was confident that the dogs were getting excellent care all week. We came home to happy dogs and a spotless house. I hope we get to work with Kacy again!

Lillian was a lifesaver, she was available last minute to take care of our pup and helped us out a ton! She sent lots of pictures and our puppy looked so happy. He got lots of walks and was definitely spoiled. Will definitely be using her again!

Latasha was with our pups for 9 days and was amazing. One of our pups gets anxious and doesn’t eat when things change and he ate daily while we were gone. Our other pup got her medication correctly. She sent pics and updates daily. She has quickly become one of our favorite sitters and we will be looking to use her again when we need a sitter.

Ranae did a fantastic job taking care of our fur babies. She is an excellent communicator and took great care of the pups and our home while we were away❤️

As always - Catelyn is absolutely the best. I have a lot on my plate at the moment, and she was gracious and kind as always. Nonnie is more and more comfortable with her and I always feel better knowing that my pup is safe, well cared for and loved.

Alex and his wife are amazing. They watched our 3 dogs for about 3 weeks while we were out of the country. This is the first trip where I didn’t worry about the dogs and all of that was due to the amazing care they were receiving and the updates I was getting. If Alex is available for your dates then book him right away, your pets will be in great hands and you’ll have a sitter that communicates really well.

I felt so comfortable having Tracey stay with my girls while I was out of town. She communicated with me and sent pictures. I will definitely choose her again !

This was my first time using Rover, and I couldn't have been more fortunate to find Gunner to care for my dogs on such short notice. I have two Lhasa Apsos who are used to having someone around most of the time. Bentley loves constant attention and cuddles, which can be a lot to keep up with, and Sully is deaf, blind, and allergic to nearly everything. Caring for Sully presents unique challenges and is no easy task. Gunner was kind enough to stay in our home so Sully could remain comfortable in his familiar surroundings. From the moment we met him, it was clear he genuinely cared about animals, and he treated both of my dogs as if they were his own. I know caring for them isn't always easy, but he handled everything with patience, compassion, and professionalism. For the first time in a very long time, I was able to truly relax and enjoy my vacation knowing my dogs were safe, happy, and well cared for. That peace of mind is priceless. I would absolutely love to have Gunner care for them again in the future, assuming my two pups didn't scare him away! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable pet sitter.

Ruth is the best! Our dog is reactive to strangers and it took us a while to find someone who was willing to earn her trust. But now Ruth is one of our dog’s favorite people!! Really we are so grateful to find someone like Ruth who cares so much about the quality of service she provides.

I had an amazing experience with Billie watching my dogs! She is incredibly knowledgeable about dog behavior and made me feel completely at ease from the very beginning. One of my dogs has fear-based aggression, and Billie worked closely with me every step of the way to ensure both my dog and I felt comfortable and safe. I've never had such peace of mind while being away on vacation. Billie went above and beyond, and I will absolutely be using her services again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, experienced, and professional dog sitter!

So nice coming home and our puppies were happy and calm. Vanessa did an awesome job and we loved getting pictures of our babies while we were out of town. We will absolutely be trusting our dogs with Vanessa again in the future! Very positive experience!

Gabi was outstanding to say the least! We came home after being gone for 7 days and the house was spotless, dogs were well loved and taken care of. She even surprised us with candid photos of our boys as a keepsake. She is definitely recommended and we will be using her again. Oh and this was all on short notice that she accepted the task of 2 12 week old GP pups for 7 days!

Niki was so great to our 11 1/2 year old puggle with Addison's disease and diabetes. She made me feel so at ease with leaving him cause I knew he was in great hands! I am so glad we were referred to Niki and would highly recommend her at anyone looking for help with their animals, she definitely went above and beyond.
