After some terrible traditional boarding experiences, we desperately needed someone who was able to give Juice a comfortable, loving experience while we needed to travel over the holidays. Marybeth was exactly that. She sent frequent photos (2/day) to show us how and what he was doing. He always looked relaxed and comfy, which allowed us a more stress-free trip.
