Tiffiny is such a kind person as well as her daughter. You can tell she loves animals and will care for your babies as she would care for her own. Most importantly she uses the Rover app and communicates effectively leaving notes and confirmation with every visit. She validates that your animals are well, eating drinking and in our case using the litter box appropriately. She went above and beyond and vacuumed around their litter box. Barb is so thorough and good with our cats! She is great at giving pills. Very thoughtful, brings over toys. I don’t know what we would do without her!
