Dog Boarding in Cleveland

Kristy took time to get to know my dogs and cared for them as if they were her own. After the initial meeting with her loving family, I already had a sense of security that when I needed to head out of town for a trip my babies would be okay. She sent regular pictures and updates to check in with me and made a thoughtful goody bag when I picked Saint and Aries up. They were happy, looked great, and I knew I made the right choice. I will be checking back for all of my trip dates availability in the future with Kristy while I'm in kansas city.

I genuinely could not have asked for a better person to watch over my kitty while on vacation. She keeps you updated, sends pictures, whatever you may need to keep you at peace while being away from your pet. Highly highly recommend! I will not use anyone else as long as Erin’s available from here on out!

Mo and her family went above and beyond to make my active puppy feel at home and loved. This was my first experience and booking with Rover and I would recommend Mo to anyone and everyone needing a family to love on your pet while you are away. She sent lots of pictures and videos to ease my anxiousness. And her communication was quick and clear. I appreciated having my baby girl in such a loving and caring environment. A+++ experience!

Angela was very kind and accommodating when I had an urgent, late night need for boarding. My cat, Abby, is a very timid lady and Angela made her comfortable for her stay, providing me with photos and updates throughout! I would definitely recommend Angela!

Emily and her family were amazing to work with and took such good care of Bindi. Emily was extremely responsive and great at giving me updates and pictures. We ended up coming back a day early from vacation and Emily was very willing and flexible in getting Bindi back to us a day early as well. We will definitely use her again in the future!

Katrina did an amazing job with our dog Noble! She took care of all his needs as we described and made sure he stayed within his comfort boundaries around the other dogs. Her home is very accommodating for the pets and she does a great job ensuring they have their space and time around different parts of the house/backyard.

Ryan was very responsive, sent pictures, gave us daily updates & overall did an excellent job caring for Koala. We’ll use him again.

Karrie was the perfect dogsitter. Her communication was excellent, her home inviting and clean, and best of all, our dog was happy the entire stay. What made this even better was that she took her for a daily walk with the consistency of how we normally do it, since she used to work with a trainer. We are going to use Karrie every single time she is available for the dates that we need.

Griffin was great!! Had a meet and greet before our stay to ensure both sides were a good fit. They were flexible with my drop off and pick up times. Sent pictures throughout the stay, which was really appreciated. They have a nice fenced in back yard. Would definitely use them again!

Natalia was so great to Milo. He had a wonderful experience and she made everything so easy. Received daily updates and pics of him playing with the other dogs. She even gave us an extra bowl when he tore his old one to bits. Thank you Natalia!

Shelly and her family were wonderful! I was nervous leaving my furry boy, but she made me feel so at ease. He got spoiled with lots of love, cuddles, and a big fenced yard! Got updates daily and pictures too :) He got a boo-boo while he was there and Shelly was so good about it and took such loving care for him. He was happy to see us when we got back, but sad to leave his new furry friends and family :)

Brittney’s family did such a wonderful job taking care of my Kelsey! They played with her every day, took her outside and showed her lots of love. Brittney sent me updates often to let me know my fur baby was okay. I would definitely choose this family to care for Kelsey another time.
