Dog Boarding in Mackenzie

This was my first time using Rover and Laura went above and beyond!!!! My dog Gunther is very shy at first but Laura made him feel right at home! Great experience, will book with her again!

Jennifer is the best. She’s watched my cat several times and always takes such great care of him. She is a cat lover through and through and I’m so grateful to have someone who can take such great care of my kitty.

Lost count on how many times I have used Paula four doggy daycare and boarding. And as always, she took wonderful care of my boy Chubbs. Thank you Paula.

Jenna took great care of the pups while we were away and I would use and recommend her to anyone. If she can take care of my crazy two she can do anything.

This was my first time needing a sitter for Harley, and Lucy (with Layla) was wonderful. She was very reassuring (I was very nervous, Harley is not a small dog) and sent delightful updates and pictures. Layla (Lucy's dog) and Harley got on well and Harley was glad to come home but had clearly enjoyed her stay. I will definitely hope to rebook Lucy the next time Harley can't accompany us on a trip.

Julia was absolutely awesome. She was so flexible for a last minute request. My request was split, she agreed to do the first request but let me know she’s wasn’t available for the second one. When I couldn’t find anyone else I asked her again & she agreed to the second one. She even referred a friend because she might not be available for future bookings. I was so happy because my cat BoBo loved staying with her. He is very shy & within a minute of letting him out of his carrier he was rubbing up on her. I knew he was in good hands. She kept him secluded in her office until he felt comfortable.after that she let him have free roam & the second night he slept in her bed with her. Before I left he was jumping up all around near her computer & things. I said “ sorry is he ok”? She said “ he’s fine”. She communicated well & sent pics & updates. She works from home which is great. I loved the fact when I came to pick him up he was out of his carrier & she was playing with him. I think it’s a great idea for your pet to not be in their carrier when you arrive so you can see how comfortable they are in their environment. He looked so comfortable & didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be booking her again when she’s available! Thank you Julia 😻♥️🥰

Lorena was absolutely wonderful with our timid dog Teddy. She made him feel so comfortable at her house and gave him a lot of love and attention. We could not have asked for any better care for him during our weekend getaway! She sent lots of photo updates and had excellent communication! We will definitely be using Lorena again in the future!

Ben was excellent. He was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. His background taking care of dogs was evident as soon as we arrived. It was to our delight to find that before was turned the block after drop-off that he was already out for a walk. Would definitely book again.

Jeena was awesome with my dog Fritz. I got tons of photos and updates, booking was a breeze, and drop off and pick up were so easy to schedule. I will definitely be using her again!

Mary was wonderful with my somewhat anxious basset hound! She was kind and understanding when Birdie had separation anxiety, and sent me lots of updates and pictures. Birdie seemed to have a great time on her little vacation, and was spoiled getting to nap on the couch all day. Thank you!

Leslie is one of the best rover sitters we’ve had. She truly adores dogs and treats them as her own. She is quick at responding and great about sending updates. She made sure my dogs had exercise, outdoor time, and lots of love and cuddles, even more than we would at home! I’ll most definitely book her again.

Overall, great experience with Katie. Our dog piper who is normally iffy with other dogs and new people had a great stay and got along with Eva (her dog) really well. Piper especially enjoyed her large fenced yard which we don’t normally have access to on our own

Sarah was so great. She sent tons of pictures of Groot during his stay and we could tell he was having a great time. Will definitely be coming back to her next time we go out of town.

Absolutely wonderful experience! She was so accommodating, even letting me adjust drop-off and pick-up by a whole day on both ends. From the moment we met, it was clear she truly loves dogs and treats them like her own. When I picked my dog up, she surprised me with a charming daily journal written from my dog’s perspective - such a thoughtful and creative touch! It made me smile and showed how much care she puts into what she does. I would book with her again in a heartbeat!

Very flexible and patient. Sent pictures during stay. Great back yard. Ollie loved it there. Gave me some great advice on some struggles in having with Ollie. Would definitely book again!

I felt so safe leaving Louie with Marie. She was great at communicating and I would recommend her to anyone! Thanks for taking such good care of my baby!

Karen was truly an excellent pet sitter for our little dog. She cared for Sammy at least a half dozen times, sometimes for a week and sometimes shorter stays. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed a long weekend away with total comfort that our pup was well cared for. We will definitely be repeat customers if the opportunity arises.
