Cyndi spent time with my dogs playing and walking in the evening, and came early at 7am to feed them the next morning. The pics she sent me put me at ease as they did not look anxious at all

This was my first time using Rover so I was not sure what to expect but I found everything to be very professional and easy to use. Rachel was great to work with. She came over for a meet and greet where she met Soffit (my cat), and I went over instructions. The week we were gone she was gentle and patient with my senior cat. She even got him to come to her for loves. She took care of all his needs plus brought in our mail. I would definitely use her again. She was very professional and kept us updated every day. We are very thankful she was available for us. ? ?

Eleanor was great! She came for a drop in visit to care for your 11 week old puppy. She followed all of our requests and make sure our puppy was safe and happy! We’ll definitely have her back!

They really take the time to make sure your pet gets the attention they need. It’s always comforting to know they are checking in on him when I am away.

Misty is great! She is dependable and always on time. I can tell she cares for my dog and she takes the time to send photos and a short paragraph update each time she does a drop in visit. I appreciate her and trust her.

arb recently did pop in house visits for our cat, Louie, for 11 days, and she was absolutely incredible! She sent us tons of pictures, videos, and detailed updates every day, so we always knew how things were going. I never once worried about someone being in our home, and I always felt completely confident that Louie was getting the very best care, probably even better than if we had been home with him! 😂 She even left the sweetest notes and some hilarious pictures of Louie for us, which honestly made our day when we got home. 🥹❤️ We 100,000% recommend Barb and will absolutely be using her services again! He handled Rosy’s over enthusiastic manners very well and readily understood the dynamics of Pansy with Rosy. Very accommodating- helped us out at the ladt minute which was greatly appreciated

I’m so glad I chose Evelyn to take care of my fur baby! She is professional, kind and considerate. She always provided timely communication and checked-in on time. I think we all feel guilty/anxious leaving our pets at home when we go out of town, but it was a huge relief knowing that Casey was being watched by someone who truly cares. 10/10 - I will absolutely be booking with Evelyn again.

Hayle was awesome while we were away! One of our cats is very skittish which makes feedings difficult when she hides under the couch and refuses to eat when guests come over. Hayle was able to get her to eat every meal which deserves an A+ in my book. She kept in contact about our cats while we were away to provide a little more reassurance as well. She was very nice and attentive at our meet-and-greet too! All in all, I would highly recommend Hayle to come and watch your pets.

Kelly was wonderful! Our dog can be very timid with a lot of anxiety but he took to her right away. It was my first time using rover and I accidentally messed up on the booking length but Kelly quickly adjusted it for me and took on two extra visits last minute without hesitation.
