Mackenzie was very attentive and did everything to make Bruce feel comfortable for a long term trip. She sent tons of photos, gave lots of treats, and added on visits to help ease the stress! Highly recommend!

Excellent communication and worked with us when there was an issue with our keys. Sent photos. Left the place clean. Both our cats warmed up to her right away even the shy one. Would definitely hire again.

If I could leave Marianna a 500 star review, that still wouldn’t be enough. I needed last minute care due to a medical emergency, and she not only accommodated my need with less than 18 hours notice, but she did so with a level of care for my kitties that I have never experienced before. Within 15 minutes of her arrival, I had photos and videos of all of my babies (which is no small feat in itself), and she continued to provide multiple updates, photos, and videos. She was so so so loving and gentle with my kitties, stayed with them all day and overnight, and gave me the comfort and reassurance I was desperately needing. I will absolutely be hiring her every time I need a sitter moving forward (hopefully sans the hospital stay and ideally for a fun getaway instead). Thank you so much, Marianna. I appreciated Dennis looking after my cat while I was away for a week. He came over for a meet and great before I went out of town and communicated very well. I would recommend Dennis and will hire him again if I can.

Misti took care of my two cats twice a day for two weeks. She did everything I asked and sent extra notes and pics at each visit. She is a great communicator! Misti even got my shy cat, Paris, into a great routine early on and was able to pet her by the end of the two weeks. I called Misti the cat whisperer for her ability to win Paris over. The house was perfect and cats were happy when we returned home. I will definitely call upon Misti for pet care in the future!
