Alicen is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient and kind with our Great Dane who is often very skittish around new people, she provided us with feedback of her visit along with pictures which was such a nice surprise. Kaylea did an excellent job of taking care of my two cats. She had great communication with me and kept me updated on how my cats were doing. She was even able to administer a nausea tablet to one of my cats who was having a common nausea problem and did an excellent job. She unfortunately had to clean up a few messes and didn't have any complaints about doing so and I really appreciated that she did that on her own to make sure I didn't come home from vacation with messes to clean up! I highly recommend her and will be using Kaylea for all my future pet-sitting needs!

I highly recommend Taylor! She took loving care of Lulu and Bambi, my mixed Terriers, while I was out of town for a family reunion for a few days. They were happy and relaxed when I got home. Taylor sent daily updates with photos and was excellent at following our dog's routine, exercise routines, and feeding schedule. Her communication was prompt and reassuring, giving us great peace of mind. I’ll definitely be booking Taylor again and highly recommend her for her professionalism and genuine love for animals.
