Dog Boarding in Springfield

Kaitlin an absolute angel! Our old guy with some GI issues when gone and out of country where communication was very limited. I feel bad that she had to deal with issues she did not need. My consolation was knowing Tucker was in good hands. Her home set up well for dog boarding. THANK YOU, Kaitlin.

Brooke took such wonderful care of our little dachshund! She took the time to do a meet and greet beforehand, which was so comforting to us as dog parents and helped our pup feel more comfortable. She has such a gentle and calming personality which was perfect for our anxious doggie. She was super flexible with us and our schedule for drop off and pickup, which was amazing. We loved how she sent photos and updates every day (sometimes multiple times in a day)! This was our first time using a dog sitter and it was such a good experience with Brooke!! 10/10 recommend her 🥰

My Millie loved her stay with Gerard! He took very good care of her, gave me updates with pictures. She also took to him right away, and normally she can take awhile to get comfortable with men. I highly recommend Gerard as a pet sitter. I will be using him again when I need him.

My dogs always come home peaceful and happy! This means a lot because normally boarding elsewhere is noticeably stressful for them, and there is an adjustment period after coming home.

Mallory was professional and friendly from the start. She was easy to communicate with and she showed up on time to meet us before we booked. When we dropped off our dog, it went smoothly and she helped our pup feel at ease. The first few days, our dog was nervous and wasn’t eating well. Mallory helped soothed her and coaxed her to eat by hand feeding and adding some mix ins to help entice her. She kept us well informed and sent plenty of pictures and videos too. It seemed my dog loved playing with the other dogs there and time outside in the back yard! Pick up went smoothly too.

Amanda and family were amazing!! I was super nervous as this was my first time leaving my baby but they were so awesome… they have great babies of their own and sent pictures and videos the whole time! I think Sassi misses them! Will definitely use her again!! Thank you thank you thank you!

Mikala was great to work with! We met up beforehand to ensure that my dog would do well with her. It was kind of a last minute dogsitting situation. I know my dog, and could tell in the pictures during her stay that she was getting lots of love and enjoying herself! We would have no problem taking her there in the future.

Our baby, Lacy, was well taken care of and very happy with her stay with Brooke. The pictures we received were a plus! Thanks so much Brooke for taking such great care of our baby!

Sabrina was great with our puppy! We appreciated the daily pictures and updates! We felt good that Kyla was being well taken care of and having a great time playing with her little dog. Definitely recommend!

First, Payten was great with Ollie and he enjoyed his time with Payten. Second, Payten responded fast and with total professionalism for a late notice holiday weekend sitting request. We would lov to use Payten again and recommend her.

Gretchen did amazingly well with our miniature poodle. He is so shy and timid that when we board him most places he comes back very thin and skiddish. He came back to us just like we dropped him off!! Will use again and again! Thankful to have found our forever keeper of our dog!!!

Molly was absolutely amazing with our puppy. She is so kind, communicative, and truly has integrity—you can tell she genuinely cares. She kept us updated the entire time and handled everything with so much attentiveness, even when a small issue came up. We felt completely at ease knowing our pup was in her care. We would 100% trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone!

Nancy & Kevin took great care of my pups! They sent lots of videos and photos, which gave me reassurance as I am usually the sitter. They spoiled Ares and Mochi even more than I do!

Sarah did a great job watching Ellie! Ellie came home a very tired pup (from all the fetching!) and has been sleeping it off the past few days. Sarah had great communication throughout the process and I fully intend on having her watch Ellie again when we have to be out of town. Thanks again Sarah!
