Dog Boarding in Gallatin Gateway

Cait & James were so welcoming before during and after our dogs stay. We had to adjust both our arrival and drop-off times and they accommodated us without hesitation. Also one of our dogs got sick during her stay and they took great care of her. Would highly recommend this service.

This is our 5th (I think) stay with Eliza and Gus! Toaster is always so happy to get in the car when he sees his bags packed for his “vacation”. Eliza is so great with communicating before and during the trip. Toaster will be back soon!

We had never heard of ROVER ! This was our first experience using Rover and first time leaving our pups with someone we didn’t know. This was also our first time meeting Charles. We left our 2 dogs with him for 10 days during those days we received constant photos and updates of how they were adjusting to their new home for the next 10 days. It was such a comfort for us knowing that they were being cared for and loved so well while we were away. We would highly recommend ROVER AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHARLES AS A CAREGIVER FOR YOUR PETS. Kat and Jake were amazing! I would 1000% use them again and plan on booking with them in the future. They sent daily updates with pics and videos which was so nice because I missed my girl. It is always hard leaving your fur baby behind but it made me feel so much better knowing she was with people who were loving her. I HIGHLY recommend Kat and Jake.

Jennifer was on top of communication and pictures! She takes your dogs comfortability seriously and makes sure before their first night with her they aren’t anxious or worried about their whereabouts. I appreciate her schedule to take Chester for multiple walks a day and also socialized him with other dogs in the neighborhood! I am weary of ever leaving my dog with anyone but Jennifer made me feel completely relaxed and assured that Chester was cared for and happy! He came back chipper and it was clear he had a great time! I definitely recommend!

Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of their care. Haylee & Mulligan were not just well-fed and clean; they were genuinely happy and relaxed when we returned. Our pet sitter provided us with daily updates, including photos and videos, which put our minds at ease while we were away. Tara went above and beyond, taking the time to play with Haylee and give Mulligan the extra cuddles he loves so much. We also appreciated her punctuality and reliability. Knowing that our pets were in such capable and loving hands made our time away stress-free. We are incredibly grateful for Tara's exceptional care and look forward to having her look after Haylee & Mulligan in the future. Friendly drop-off and comforting environment. Fern came home happy and without the usual post-kennel anxiety. Great communication, fun photos. Definitely recommend Savannah and family!

Amy took excellent care of my reactive pup! She understood his needs and he came home calm and not stressed at all. Amy is wonderful!

Lillian was wonderful! She took boba on lots of adventures and kept me updated the whole time with pictures. She was flexible with our return time and I could tell Boba had a wonderful time!

Allie took great care of my young pup. Her dog Walter was sweet and well behaved and her place is well set up to give pups what they need. Would recommend and would book again.

Wendy was wonderful and I felt completely comfortable leaving my pup with her while on vacation! She sent plenty of photos and videos that showed Otis playing and having fun. Would highly recommend.
