Carol was very gracious and offered to meet our cats even before we confirmed the booking. She took her time to let them be comfortable and I could see they were well-taken care of when I came home from my trip. She even cleaned their food bowls which I appreciated so much!

Madie to the rescue!! I got in an ATV accident and ended up in the hospital an hour away from home. I was worried about so much, and I knew the dogs had to be hungry and needing to go outside. Plus I had no way of knowing how long I would be there. I figured it was a long shot, being so short notice, but Madie has never let me down and she absolutely saved the day for me. She rushed right over to take care of my two pups and gave me one less thing to worry about because I knew they were in good hands. You really can't find someone more caring to look after your dogs than Madie, and I can't thank her enough!!
