Dog Boarding in Manhattan

We had never heard of ROVER ! This was our first experience using Rover and first time leaving our pups with someone we didn’t know. This was also our first time meeting Charles. We left our 2 dogs with him for 10 days during those days we received constant photos and updates of how they were adjusting to their new home for the next 10 days. It was such a comfort for us knowing that they were being cared for and loved so well while we were away. We would highly recommend ROVER AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHARLES AS A CAREGIVER FOR YOUR PETS. Wendy was wonderful and I felt completely comfortable leaving my pup with her while on vacation! She sent plenty of photos and videos that showed Otis playing and having fun. Would highly recommend.

Katherine was amazing! She was a sweet and caring dog mom who sent me tons of updates and photos, her fenced in yard, doggie door and dog friendly home were absolutely perfect. Her two dogs were sweet and welcoming. I felt safe and secure knowing my dog was in great hands. They were very flexible and I would leave them a million stars if I could! Thank you Katherine and Jacob!

This is our 5th (I think) stay with Eliza and Gus! Toaster is always so happy to get in the car when he sees his bags packed for his “vacation”. Eliza is so great with communicating before and during the trip. Toaster will be back soon!

Emma did great! Buster seemed comfortable and happy there. Communication was excellent. I will definitely have her sit my dog in the future. Highly recommend!

Josephine is the best! Daily photos and updates make traveling easy! Highly recommend.

Kelly was very accommodating and accepted a last minute reservation so we could make our trip. It was no problem to bring a large kennel so Tucker would feel safe. Our dog is very timid and was happy and relaxed when we picked him up. Pictures sent were appreciated. We will definitely use Kelly again!!

Christa and Marek took wonderful care of my dog, Brody, while I was away. From the moment I met them and their sweet dog, Camo, I felt completely at ease and was able to truly enjoy my trip knowing Brody was in excellent hands. They took him on lots of walks, sent frequent photos and updates, and I could tell Brody had an amazing time with them. They were also incredibly flexible and accommodating when a flight delay unexpectedly extended my trip, which was such a relief and one less thing to worry about. I’m so grateful for the care and attention they gave Brody and would absolutely book with them again!

Amy took excellent care of my reactive pup! She understood his needs and he came home calm and not stressed at all. Amy is wonderful!

Patsy was absolutely incredible to work with! One of my pups can be wary of strangers, but Patsy took the time and care to make sure she felt comfortable, and by the end of the visit, my pup was happy as a clam! Both of my dogs were totally content and happy when I picked them up and seemed right at home. Patsy sent cute pictures and videos throughout their stay and gave me updates on how they were doing. Could not recommend Patsy enough, it was a great experience for me and my babes.

Jennifer was on top of communication and pictures! She takes your dogs comfortability seriously and makes sure before their first night with her they aren’t anxious or worried about their whereabouts. I appreciate her schedule to take Chester for multiple walks a day and also socialized him with other dogs in the neighborhood! I am weary of ever leaving my dog with anyone but Jennifer made me feel completely relaxed and assured that Chester was cared for and happy! He came back chipper and it was clear he had a great time! I definitely recommend!

Savannah is amazing! Always makes sure my dog has everything he needs and also takes the time to send me pics and updates daily! He loves going to stay with her!

Our girl Kira had a FABULOUS time with Tara. Tara was so flexible working with our changing schedule and sent so many sweet video and photo updates. Our dog seemed so happy with Tara and got along really well with Tara’s dogs as well!

Cait & James were so welcoming before during and after our dogs stay. We had to adjust both our arrival and drop-off times and they accommodated us without hesitation. Also one of our dogs got sick during her stay and they took great care of her. Would highly recommend this service.

Josie and the whole family were very good with Riva. Nice backyard to run in. Their white lab was easy going and the two dogs got along well. I am very happy with how things went and will return our the next time.
