She not only wrote detailed paragraphs every visit, but visited my kitty on off-days just to keep her company at no additional cost. Emerald has done check-ins for my cat a couple times while I was out of town. She is very caring and reliable. She sent updates and photos for each visit. I feel that she went above and beyond in her services. I could see that my cat felt safe and loved her from the photos she sent, but also when we got home he was happy as could be.
