Dog Boarding in Albemarle

Our 14-week old puppy, Apollo, was well taken care of during his stay with Leslie! We were so anxious leaving him for our 1st post-Covid vacation and with him being so young, we were nervous! But, Leslie reassured that he'd be fine and to enjoy our time away. She sent lots of cute pictures and updates... and we could tell he had a great time as soon as we picked him up! This was a great choice!!

We are beyond grateful to have had Shanna and her wonderful family care for our three yellow labs over the Labor Day weekend! Leaving our pups behind is never easy, but knowing they were in such loving and capable hands gave us complete peace of mind. Shanna treated them like part of her own family, making sure they were not only well cared for but also happy and spoiled with attention. Her genuine love for animals truly shines through, and that made all the difference for us. She went above and beyond by sending us beautiful pictures from their hikes and keeping us updated on anything she felt was important. That extra care and communication gave us such comfort while we were away. Thank you so much, Shanna, for allowing us to enjoy our time out of town worry-free. We wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and responsible pet sitter. Our labs can’t wait to see you again!

Kathy was excellent with my pet and she took very good care of her. She also excepted a late last minute appointment and also gave her her meds since she wasn’t feeling well. She seemed very happy when I picked her up and I appreciate Kathy taking such good care of her for three days.

Mari was wonderful with our dog Dash! He was a little hesitant at first with other dogs but she made him feel right at home (right off the bat)! We got frequent updates and he became her hubby's little buddy during his stay! Thank you so much Mari & Fam for being Dash's home away from home while we traveled this Thanksgiving!!!!!!

Really really great experience w Kayla and family from top to bottom. Coco was in great, loving care all week and I got plenty of updates. Coco got plenty of yard time, exercise, and cuddles. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you Kayla and family!

Second time having Itzel watch our furry friends and she was amazing as always. Even dropped them off for us when we were afraid we’d be running late to get home from a trip. Highly recommend!!

We had such a wonderful experience! Arleen and her husband were fantastic and made us feel comfortable right away. Their dog, Rudy, is such a sweet boy and welcomed our girl, Vegas, immediately. We were quite nervous leaving her because she struggles with separation anxiety and is very attached to her mom but within an hour, Arleen sent photo updates of Vegas snuggling in their laps and giving kisses! It was such a relief. We are already looking forward to our next getaway knowing Vegas is in such great hands.

They were amazing! So accommodating even with the last minute booking. We go lots of updates while they were there and it was so reassuring they were doing so well. I would definitely recommend them!!

As soon as my son and I met Brittany, we could tell she was very experienced with dogs, and we knew Onyx was in good hands. Brittany, thank you so much for taking care of Onyx on such short notice. I really appreciate how patient and attentive you were with him it gave me real peace of mind. Also, thank you for the tip you gave me, we will be working with him on his pulling.

Jeanette was a great sitter for my boy, Bentley! He absolutely loved his time there - I could tell by the pictures she sent of Bentley and her dog, Quincy, hanging out. It’s obvious that she is truly a dog lover and my clingy, spoiled fur baby made himself right at home while there!

She communicated with us throughout our dog’s visit and was so sweet to our dog! Even gave her a bath when she got a little wet outside from the rain.

Amy and Ross take such good care of our dogs, including our grumpy senior. We have no concerns while traveling, knowing our pets are in good hands.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received! Carrie went above and beyond while I was away, super professional, communicative, and clearly someone who truly loves animals. She kept me updated with regular messages and photos, which gave me total peace of mind. My pup came home happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. As always London and family take excellent care of my two Great Danes. It makes going out of town so much easier when you know your babies are happy and loved on the whole time you’re away!

We were traveling from out of town with our dogs and our younger dog can be a handful and needed a place for him for a few days while we visited with some friends along the way, and Kelly was awesome!! She not only was super friendly and kind but could tell she put a lot of thought into keeping the dogs safe and happy. Tons of open communication before and during his stay. When we get back to this area we will for sure use her again. Thank you!
