Dog Boarding in Albemarle

Shanna is absolutely amazing and an easy host to work with. Scheduled last minute for a week long trip, and she made everything super easy to understand and process. My dog is quite timid, but by day 2 he was completely comfortable and at home, speaking to the work and care Shanna has for dogs. Definitely will be using again!

Norma is awesome! We used to send our puppy to a boarding facility, but we thought to give Rover a chance hoping that it’d be a more familiar environment for him. I’m glad we did! We got daily updates about how well loved Wrigley is, and he had a blast playing with her dogs. He might be sleeping for the next few days to recover from all the fun. Thanks Norma!

As soon as my son and I met Brittany, we could tell she was very experienced with dogs, and we knew Onyx was in good hands. Brittany, thank you so much for taking care of Onyx on such short notice. I really appreciate how patient and attentive you were with him it gave me real peace of mind. Also, thank you for the tip you gave me, we will be working with him on his pulling.

Hands down, the best dog sitter I have ever worked with! 🐾❤️ Ms. Rachel was very knowledgeable about dogs and made sure my Panda felt comfortable from the very beginning. I especially loved that she offered a meet-and-greet before the stay it really helped me feel confident leaving Panda in her care. Her communication was just the right amount to keep me comfortable and reassured while Panda was away. At pickup, Ms. Rachel had all of Panda’s belongings together and everything was just as it was at drop off. You could truly tell that she cared about Panda and went above and beyond to make sure she was well taken care of. I will definitely be returning for her services! I decided to go a different route this year and not use a kennel. As for most pet owners , your pet is family and you want the best care. Tyeriah was able to give me comfort and peace. I highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for an amazing dog sitter. She gave me such peace of mind with frequent updates, pictures, and videos of my babies. She truly seemed to adore them—and they clearly adored her right back. They were so comfortable with her that they even slept on her lap! Katherine and her family are the most amazing sitters! My pup doesn’t stay anywhere else but with them! When I drop him off he jumps out of the car to run and play and I get picturs each day of my happy smiling or relaxed cuddling pup. 10/10 highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our normal boarding company was fully booked for the Thanksgiving holiday so we decided to give Rover a try and Leslye, our boarder, did not disappoint. Great care was provided to our pet dog Sophie and Leslye event went out of the way to provide photos of Sophie during her stay. Would highly recommend Leslye to anyone.

Kim was great. Communicated really well and was flexible. My dog was only 4 months old and not potty trained which I know had to be more work but no complaints from her end! He made fast friends with her dogs and almost hated to leave. Would definitely recommend her.

Jenna was AMAZING with my Maltese Lexi. She went above and beyond for Lexi. Jenna was very communicative, she sent me updates, pictures, and videos of Lexi. I will be rebooking Lexi with Jenna 100%. Not only was I happy but Lexi was very happy in Jenna’s care.

Stacey was great! She sent us pictures and updates for both of our dogs daily. As this was our first time to stay with her, we first had a meet and greet. She put our minds at ease as she had a plan based on previous experience to slowly integrate/introduce our dogs with her dogs and the other dogs she was watching in order to help everything go smoothly and not overwhelm our pups. We will definitely be using Stacey's services again!

This was our dog’s second stay with Shawnon. She was incredible with our dog Gucci! She treated him like family and kept us updated with regular messages and adorable photos. We felt completely at ease knowing he was so well cared for. Highly recommend and Shawnon will always be our first choice!!

This was my first time partnering with Tara for my Alli and she is AWESOME! Alli normally is anxious the first day she is away from home and will not eat. Tara sent me multiple pics and a video which helped me relax knowing my pup was in good hands. Alli and Tara's Bella got along well. If you are looking for a caring, warm and thoughtful sitter, I highly recommend Tara!!!

Parvathi took great care of Shadow. Shadow had a great time with their dog as well. She periodically gave updates and communication was very good.
