This was our first time using a sitter, and I must say how happy we are having Courtnie taking care of our baby! Normally, our baby will hide from people, but not with Courtnie. Michael was really the best. They took extra time before the scheduled visits to meet with me so we could discuss some pretty specific pet needs & asks that I had. He Made me and my wife feel very confident and comfortable about leaving the pets in his care for as long as we did. I appreciate Michael for constantly communicating with me updates after every visit along with any questions or concerns they had. Overall Michael took their time with care and treated everything with kindness and compassion going above and beyond when they could. Appreciate the great job!!
