I had never used Rover before so was a little unsure, but Jen was *perfect*. She responded promptly, came to my house to meet my kitty cat before I left, and sent me an update with how my cat was doing while I was gone. It really eased my mind to know that someone so kind and responsible was taking care of my cat!

This was my first time using Rover and I felt very comfortable after having met Eliza. She did a great job with updates and caring for the cats while we were away! Will definitely use again and recommend!!

Shannon was great! She was very responsive and set up a meet-and-greet quickly for a last minute booking for my cat. My kitty is very shy and Shannon went out of her way to check her hiding spots to make sure she was doing ok. Will definitely rebook!

David did an excellent job caring for my senior cat! He dropped by twice a day for a week to feed my kitty, scoop litter, and give him some playtime and affection. My cat occasionally throws up a hairball, and this unfortunately happened on my couch the first night I was away. David cleaned up the mess as best he could, which made it a lot easier to get my couch slipcovers clean when I got home. He also took out my trash to the basement when it was getting full and brought in my mail. David was very communicative, sending photos and a little update with each check-in. David’s reliable and compassionate care for my cat gave me peace of mind, allowing me to enjoy my vacation! I would highly recommend David as a cat sitter!

Benjamin was extremely kind and understanding when we had to cancel in the middle of the booking due to an emergency! We will definitely be booking him again in the future.

I know Levon works mostly with dogs and I was very happy he was available on short notice (I had another rover sitter cancel within a week of my trip) to watch my sweet Anna. She can be shy and she was comfortable with Levon and he was able to give her the medication she needs. He was responsive and kept me updated. I would book with him again!
