Bianca was a great sitter for my two cats and was very thorough and asked great questions about their specific needs. She was always very communicative, took videos and pictures of my cats whenever I requested and made each of them feel safe and comfortable while I was away. She went above and beyond for my pets and I would definitely book her again.

Allison was amazing with my boys. She sent very thorough summaries of what they did during her visit. She also went out of her way in her care, cleaning more often than I asked. Overall she was wonderful and I will definitely be requesting her help again in the future.

My cat is pretty shy and timid around new people so I wasn’t sure he would come out. But Charles was able to get a couple pictures of him each visit which put my cat mom nerves at ease. First time Rover user and even messed the booking up but Charles was easy to work with and helped walk me through it. Communication and the overall process was super easy. Would consider using both Rover and Charles again.

Meghan took great care of my cats! She went above and beyond bringing food from home as we figured out a key situation. She remained calm and provided great daily updates.

My partner and I both work from home and have two young cats that have barely spent an hour of their life home alone. Jessica did such a fantastic job soothing everyone's separation-anxiety (the kitties and mine!) by giving the kitties lots of love and sending us lots of updates and photos. Jessica came prepared for our meet and greet, took notes as needed, and was genuinely interested in learning not just about what tasks to do, but also about the cat's personalities and preferences. We felt very comfortable leaving our cats and our home in her care. One of our cats is a snuggle bunny and Jessica was love at first sight for him. Our other cat is quite a shy guy and she handled him perfectly by giving him lots of space and letting him get comfortable. By the last day of our trip we were surprised to get photos of him out and about, hanging out in the living room with Jessica and posing for photos! Makes sense that someone who loves animals enough to volunteer at a tiger rescue would be awesome with our tiny tigers. Will definitely book Jessica again for our next trip!
