Betsy was great!! My poocher has such a good time hanging with her family and her d o g, Lookout. She took Calypso on the trail, her favorite thing to do!

Alan was amazing! Very easy to book - took great care of my pup! Listened to instructions and stayed in communication with updates. I will absolutely book with Alan again when I need a sitter in Asheville.

Guinness doesn't get a chance to interact with other dogs very often. KaLynn was very calm and confident with him. He cried, but that's normal for him - she picked him up when he was trying to get back to us - and he calmed down. We are grateful to know she is in Asheville - will definitely use her again. She sent pix to of us which located her parking place - she's in a large complex - made it easy to find her; also pix of Guinness with her own dog and another dog dog she was "sitting". P.S. - her complex has a fantastic dog park!

We are visiting WNC from out of state and took our 9 month old puppy Otis to Kharen and Chips two time for day care while we were out and about. We are so glad we found them! They are very friendly, clearly love dogs and have a great set up for them in their house and yard. We'll be back-Otis had a great time !

What a pleasure to meet Alexis and see the little piece of heaven she and her animals share. My dog had a great time playing with her dogs, and she kept me updated with photos and texts while my dog was in her care. I’ll be back in the area next month and will certainly use her services again. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for doggy daycare. She’s very accommodating and easy to work with.

Great! Watched my dog for a few hours while I was at a dog free event. She asked a lot of good questions and made me feel secure that my dog was going to be well taken care of!

Our dogs were very happy with Julie and so were we! We were visiting extended family in Hendersonville area for the weekend and needed dog care for a few hours for a family event that we couldn't bring the dogs inside. It was too hot to leave them outside, so Happy Hearts & Waggin Tails was the perfect fit! We were very pleased. 😊

Kaitlyn is exceptional! Her communication was prompt, and thorough and she truly loved on my pup like he was one of her own. She sent pleeenty of photos and updates while Ranger was with her and she took our active, herding breed pup on multiple walks with plenty of outside play time. She even let him play in the water, his favorite thing. Ranger will be back again many more times to play with Otto and the fam!

They did an incredible job taking care of my nervous foster pup! Very communicative and flexible with my pick up and drop off times too. They also trimmed her nails too after I asked if they could which was very kind. They definitely went the extra mile. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
