Chanel was awesome! We have 3 kitties (one has some special needs) and she took excellent care of everyone. This was the second time I’ve had Eliza take care of my kitties; she is the absolute best! Very thorough, communicative, and she makes sure to take a lot of pictures at each drop in. One of my cats got trapped in the bathroom on the first day of my trip and went wild; Eliza cleaned everything up and was so gracious about it!
