From our initial meet and greet until I returned home, Eliza was both personable and professional. While I was away, she provided daily updates and photos of my kitty companion which provided peace of mind knowing that she was being well cared for in my absence. Autumn took care of my cat for a long trip at the last minute. She was communicative and quickly visited to meet my cat and learn the routines. She was consistent and let me know that he was being taken care of while I was gone. That made me feel better as I don't like to leave him. I felt like he was looked after well.
