Absolutely gem of a human. Not only did she take extremely good care of our shy little cat, we got a huge ceiling leak while on vacation and she went above and beyond. She cleaned it up, called our maintenance at night, waited well over her scheduled time to free dinner for them to arrive. Came extra visits to check on our leak and that our girl was still okay. Even brought a huge bin to catch the water since we didn't have anything that could keep up with the leak for her to use. Because of her; not only was our sweet girl taken great care of, but so was our apartment. She even took a last minute request when our flight was delayed by 8+hours to go check on our girl and our leak one more time. She's an amazingly hard worker, and so caring. We were so lucky to find her and she has earned a client for life!

Stephanie is a very caring, nurturing and reliable person. She genuinely cares about the well-being of your pet and it shows. She is very good at what she does and goes above and beyond. My mind was at ease knowing my baby was cared for by Stephanie.

Katherine did an amazing job with my kitties! She even brought them fun new toys (totally unexpected!). I highly recommend Katherine to take care of your fur babies. She is really great! ☺️

Kelly was a fantastic dog and cat sitter for me. She was very thorough and I think my cat really liked her! We will definitely try to book her again.

We scheduled Zainab for several drop-in visits while we were out of town overnight, and we will definitely be booking her again! She was always on time, so sweet with the dogs, and so professional. Our dogs are a handful, but they loved her and she was so patient with them. She sent us so many updates and pictures, and made sure we knew our dogs were safe and happy. We were able to have a great trip without worrying, and we're very grateful!

Nikolas did a great job with Titan, my 12 week old puppy. I had my regular in-house sitter scheduled to take care of my older dog for this trip and did not have Titan or even knew about him when I scheduled this trip. My regular person could not take off from her 9-5 job in the middle of the day to let a puppy out and feed him lunch. So I reached out to Rover. I had used Rover a few times, but I hated the idea of leave Titan with anyone, let alone someone I didn't know, but I could not cancle the work trip. I reachout to Nikolas and he was kind enough to stop by to meet me and Titan prior to my trip. Nikolas was able to pich up the potty and lunch shifts my regular person was unable to do. I will certainly reach out to Nikolas again when the need arises.

Emily checked in on my dog while I was on vacation and he’s always taken care of! He enjoys spending time with her! Great pictures and a detailed summary of what happened during the visit 😊 Will absolutely use Emily again!

Xiaoyu was amazing—super communicative and proactive, and my cat absolutely loved her. I was a little nervous since we couldn’t do a meet-and-greet beforehand, but she clearly has such a natural way with cats (the snuggle pics said it all 🤗). Will absolutely book again—and already have!

Cydney is so patient with my cat! My cat is in her chaotic biting phase, and Cydney can handle all the chaos with so much patience. Cydney is great!

Katie did an excellent job looking after my cat Caesar for the week. He's usually very shy around new people, but he took to Katie right away! And I really enjoyed the detailed updates and daily pictures of them playing together. I highly recommend her

So thankful to have found Alex to take care of my 2 cats as I just moved to the area. Alex's Rover cards were adorable and it was great to have those updates and photos while I was out of town. Highly recommend!

We've used Cait a couple times now to care for our kittehs when we're out of town- she's great!! I never worry about the cats when I know she's watching them. Cait is very personable and attentive to detail, definitely will be booking her again!
