Bailey was great! This was our first timing using a Rover for our animals and it couldn’t have gone better. She was very communicative, answered all messages promptly and met all our expectations. Very patient with our pup, he takes his time warming up to new people and Samantha did a great job letting him get use to her. We will definitely be using her again & I feel great knowing he’s being taken care of.
