Absolutely top notch experience, I can't find one negative thing to say about Hannah. She was reliable, super flexible when my plans kept changing, genuinely lovely and positive. And she kept sending me updates with photos which was super appreciated, I felt so reassured that my dog was in great hands. 10/10, will recommend to my friends and will definitely ask Hannah to sit for us again if she'd like to! Big hugs!

Amanda and David were the best watching my Bentley last minute! They are the sweetest family and definitely make your dog feel like their own! They provided consistent updates and pictures to make me feel comfortable knowing my girl was taken care of. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again!

Yenny is amazing! She treated Sydney with the utmost care. Yenny is very laid back and accommodating. She asked questions about Sydney's manneriisms, routines, and habits and Yenny incorporated Sydney's care lifestyle during his stay. What was even more impressive is that Yenny pampered Syndey with a doggy spa grooming session. Yenny clipped Sydney's nails and groomed him to have unlimited lhugs. My fur baby was so soft and cuddly when I picked him up. I am very happy that Yenny and Sydney had such a great connection and would definitely rebook. Thanks Yenny!

Lora continues to be my favorite Rover for my cat. She's very friendly, sends a bunch of pictures, and provides a safe and fun environment. She has a separate room just for your cat to ensure they have a safe comfort zone. My car always comes out and plays with her though. Her communication is excellent and she always responds quickly.

Precious was awesome with my pup and I could tell she cares deeply about caring for him. I could tell he was having so much fun and would absolutely have her watch my pup anytime!

Samantha did a great job watching our boy for the weekend. She provided us with a lot of updates. Glad he was in good hands while we were away.

This was Gus’s first extended stay with Isabella, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. She kept in touch multiple times each day with thoughtful photos and comments, which meant a great deal to us while we were missing him. Gus looked completely at ease and clearly comfortable in her care. We truly appreciate the attention she gave him, including giving him his daily medication. We would gladly trust her with him again.

Julia took great care of Gus. She communicated as necessary and sent updates throughout. We have already booked again for a future weekend!

I live in Raleigh but needed a Rover in Charlotte for my daughter’s wedding weekend, and choosing Hunter to care for our puppy, Dharma, was absolutely the right decision. It was an incredibly important weekend for our family, and I wanted Dharma to be close by and in good hands — Hunter exceeded every expectation! When we arrived, Hunter met us outside with a warm smile and even helped carry in Dharma’s crate. Since Dharma is still a puppy, I explained a few potential challenges, but Hunter didn’t blink an eye. She’s a true professional — calm, confident, and clearly experienced with dogs. Throughout the weekend, Hunter sent me photos and updates so I never had to worry. This was the first time I’d ever left Dharma with anyone, so I had some anxiety, but Hunter’s care and communication put me completely at ease. When we picked Dharma up, she was happy, healthy, and honestly looked like she wanted to stay with Hunter — that’s when I knew we’d found someone really special. I’m so grateful we found Hunter for such an important weekend. I would trust her with Dharma again in a heartbeat. 💛

Rae made fast friends with our Toni and kept her busy and loved for a whole weekend. She sent lots of pictures and coordinated flexibly with us on handoffs. Toni had a blast!

We had an amazing experience with Linett! She took such great care of Gus and made us feel completely at ease while we were away.
