I don’t even have the words to express how grateful I am for Mari and her family. I reached out in a moment of panic, dealing with an unexpected medical emergency with my husband, and she stepped in without hesitation. At a time when I felt overwhelmed and scared, she gave me comfort and reassurance by taking in my baby girl, Zoey, and caring for her like she was her own. Knowing Zoey was safe and loved meant everything to me while I was at the hospital. I am deeply thankful, and I will trust Mari with Zoey again anytime I ever need help.

I'm new to Charlotte, from California. My first experience with Rover was amazing with Anamika caring for my little furry guy! She provided a safe and loving environment for him for about 11 days. My little guy had so much love and fun with Anamika, her family, and other pets; the daily updates, which included multiple pics, showed evidence of that. There is no one else I would even look for to care for my little guy. I will look to Anamika any time my little guy needs boarding. THANKS ANAMIKA! YOU WERE AWESOME!!!

Sends updates and pictures, takes care of Jari like her own, fed her with their own supply of food because Jari refuses to eat her food , Lipika's family also loves dogs, they even hand-fed my Jari just to encourage her eat.

Jeanette was a great sitter for my boy, Bentley! He absolutely loved his time there - I could tell by the pictures she sent of Bentley and her dog, Quincy, hanging out. It’s obvious that she is truly a dog lover and my clingy, spoiled fur baby made himself right at home while there!

Second time having Itzel watch our furry friends and she was amazing as always. Even dropped them off for us when we were afraid we’d be running late to get home from a trip. Highly recommend!!

Denise was wonderful with Butters and Cookie during their boarding stay! From the very beginning, communication was excellent and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We even arranged a meet-and-greet beforehand to make sure everyone would be a good fit for each other, which I really appreciated and felt showed how much she cared about creating a positive experience for the dogs. During their stay, Butters and Cookie seemed happy, relaxed, and very well cared for. I loved receiving periodic photo updates and seeing them looking comfortable and at ease—it gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear they were being treated with patience, care, and kindness. I would absolutely recommend Denise and would happily trust her with my pups again in the future!

We were pleased with our dog’s stay at Norma’s place in Solon, OH. Good consistent updates throughout the Xmas holiday. We appreciate her service.

she is excellent!! it was my first time having someone else care for my dogs and she comfort me by giving me updates and photos on how comfortable my dogs were. My dogs were comfortable with her and they love her now. I'm very grateful for her help.

Very patient and understanding of my being late in dropping our dog, Bella off. Margaret is very nice and thoughtful, even sent us pictures of Bella. She lives in a beautiful house and neighborhood. I recommend her when you need a sitter.

This was my first time partnering with Tara for my Alli and she is AWESOME! Alli normally is anxious the first day she is away from home and will not eat. Tara sent me multiple pics and a video which helped me relax knowing my pup was in good hands. Alli and Tara's Bella got along well. Kim was great. Maggie is a young dog and had never spent time away from our house. She seemed to have a great time and came home happy and healthy. Kim also kept us updated with a photo or two every day.

Jamie was awesome. My pup felt right at home in her awesome back yard playing with her own dogs. She was prompt with communication and was extremely easy to book with. Would 10/10 recommend!

Katherine did an awesome job with Bernie and Elsa. Sent pictures daily and gave updates daily. I would definitely use her again. She's definitely a good sitter and catered to their needs and kept them comfortable.

Kathy is an angel! We booked her last minute to watch our senior dog, Pogi.
