Gen came to our home to learn all our fancy tech and to meet Blue (our lab). She was attentive and asked great questions. We look forward to working with Gen.

This was my first time hiring a pet sitter and am so pleased that I did. Hiring a professional eliminated a lot of worry I have when my pets are left home for a few days, as one of them needs medication. Kimberly demonstrated a high sense of ethics: very communicative, always let me know when she would arrive, and ensured the directions were followed for my pets' care. Most importantly, you can tell that she really loves animals and will care for them with the amount of concern a pet owner would themselves. As a bonus, she takes fantastic photos of your pets and shares them with you after each visit so you can "see" them while you are gone. I am happy to be her first client via Rover since she moved to the Lake Norman area and had a very positive experience.

Britt goes above and beyond to ensure our boys are taken care of. One can be a bit (a lot) anxious with us gone and she incorporated some great tips/tricks along with understanding what made him happy. Her pictures and notes are always great and shows how much she has learned about our pups in a short time. I’m so glad to have Britt as a resource when we need her.

Amanda did a great job watching after my 3 cats. I really enjoyed seeing the daily pictures. (This was the longest I have been away from them 2 weeks!) This was my first time using this type of service. I would recommend her to anyone needing good pet care.

HOUSESITTING REVIEW: If I could give Gabby 10 stars I would. This is the first time we had someone stay in our guest bedroom with our dog while we were out of town, and Gabby took great care of Duke. She gave us detailed updates, plenty of photos and kept great care of our house. Our dog is very attached to humans, and Duke needs that kind of attention through the night. She truly loves animals and took great care of Duke. Duke was in amazing spirits when we returned. She went above and beyond and offered to stay overnight all four nights, when we only planned for two. Duke gets anxious when nobody is home and she noticed that and will do whatever to make your dog comfortable. She Gabby is amazing!

Chad took great care of Duke! Took him on walks, fed him and even cleaned up a little mess Duke made.

Caitlin is an absolute gem! She was super great at communicating me and keeping me in the loop when dropping in on my sweet kitty. She really spent quality time with him and kept him company and played with him while we were away. I also appreciated her kindness and flexibility. I will choose her again for pet sitting in the future and I would definitely recommend you to book her, your pet will be in good hands.
