Katy is amazing! She’s conscientious, kind, and incredibly polite. Always on time and so sweet with my furbabies, she clearly loves what she does. I always get great updates and the cutest photos, which gives me total peace of mind while I’m away. You can tell she truly cares about the pets she looks after. Samantha was great! She took very good care of our two cats! We had to book her last minute and she responded immediately, did everything we needed for our cats and was a great communicator. Will book again! She even got our very shy/moody cat to let her pet her which is not an easy task!

Heather was amazing. She filled in last minute for me when my other arrangements had suddenly fallen through. She was very attention to detail about how I wanted things done. I feel like she really went above and beyond. My rabbit was very relaxed when I came home which gave me reassurance that he was not stressed and enjoyed her visits. She also kept everything really clean and tidy. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing care for their pets.
