Paul is amazing! My dog responded to him very well right away on the first meeting when usually he can be skittish especially of new men and enjoyed his time with him. He was available pretty quickly after I submitted a request, came to our house that night to meet our dog and was very thorough In questions and knowledgeable In what he does. I booked him on a reoccurring weekly basis and he was very dependable and takes this seriously which I appreciate because my dog is my baby and even was very understanding when I had to change the schedule last minute due to extenuating circumstances. I will definitely be using him again if he is available when I return to work from my leave.

Zichen was awesome!! Her communication was fast and clear, she took great photos and left detailed notes each visit! She was consistent and timely :) I was able to breathe easy knowing she was checking in on my dog! She even stepped in for an extra visit after my flight was cancelled, thank you Zichen!
