Doggy Day Care in Edneyville

Autumn and Josh are both very sweet and communicative! They took great care of our pup and gave us updates throughout her stay with them. Will definitely be repeat clients when the need arises in the future !

I am in town visiting and needed to leave my dog while I went on a day of rafting. I sent out a day of request and KaLynn replied immediately that she could accomodate us. She was super responsive to texts and when I dropped Ellie off she was very sweet and reassuring. Within 30 minutes of leaving I got a text and photo letting me know Ellie was doing great. I continued to receive text updates and photos and when I got back to pick Ellie up KaLynn had her ready to go and was waiting for me. It was awesome to know My pup was having a blast rather than being by herself in our cottage. Will use KaLynn again should I need doggie sitting when I'm in town (which I am pretty often)

We are visiting WNC from out of state and took our 9 month old puppy Otis to Kharen and Chips two time for day care while we were out and about. We are so glad we found them! They are very friendly, clearly love dogs and have a great set up for them in their house and yard. We'll be back-Otis had a great time !

In three words, Ryan is amazing! Caring for pets is Ryan’s full time business. Her kindness and compassion shows from the moment you meet her and the resident furry crew. Like many people, we read reviews and shopped around with different doggie daycares prior to booking. I can say without a doubt that we felt comfortable leaving our babies with her instantly. Thanks to her previous vet tech experience she can handle even the most difficult of special needs as well as any pet behavioral related concerns. She understood what makes pets tick. Coupled with the convenience of her location this was just perfect. Although we personally use Ryan’s daycare service I would be happy to use her walking or medication administration services also.

Alyssa spent all day with our dog Nala and I have nothing but great things to say. She was able to book us last minute and her price is unbeatable. The space she has is dog heaven. She gave us a tour of the space and our dog was immediately comfortable. I felt safe leaving my baby in her care. She sent pictures and videos throughout the day which is something I really appreciate. When we picked Nala up, it was obvious how much she adored Alyssa. I'm so happy we found someone we can trust for future care. I'm sure Nala can't wait to come back!! Thank you Alyssa!

It was our first time having Buddy receive day/night care. He’s not quite 6 months old and definitely has lots of puppy energy; so, I was a bit nervous for the evening. Plus our outing was very last minute. As soon as I connected to Julie, I knew it was the right fit. She was prompt in communicating with me plus professional and pleasant. I was able to see her home to put my mind at ease when I dropped Buddy off, plus she sent me text messages and pictures of the evening. All of my nervousness completely melted away and I could enjoy our family evening out. The pick-up was smooth and seamless. I could tell Buddy thoroughly enjoyed himself. When I got home and unpacked his doggie bag, I found a beautiful note with 2 pictures of my Buddy. It was simply wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about Happy Hearts and Waggin Tails. We will definitely use Julie again!

Lacie was kind, professional, and easy to work with. Our dog had a great time with her! Would recommend.

Robin watched our two dogs for the day while we were visiting Asheville for the first time. Both dogs made themselves at home, and she was awesome at sending photos and dealing with us calling to check up on our dogs. I would definitely use her services again if we're in the area!

Nate was great! He had a clear process for introducing our girl to the other dogs under his care. He also had a plan for how to manage any tension between the dogs if that were to happen. All of this made us feel very comfortable having Eddy with him. He also had a huge fenced in yard for lots of running. Our dog was in great hands. We would highly recommend him. :)
