KaLynn is a fantastic dog sitter. We’ve used her several times. Guinness can be a bit shy - but she just takes him from my arms and he’s happy as a clam. We don’t encounter many other dogs where we live & it took a while for G to get used to a strange home and other dogs needing attention. KaLynn managed to bring him out of his shell. I would highly recommend KaLynn!🦮👍

We are visiting WNC from out of state and took our 9 month old puppy Otis to Kharen and Chips two time for day care while we were out and about. We are so glad we found them! They are very friendly, clearly love dogs and have a great set up for them in their house and yard. We'll be back-Otis had a great time !

Alan was amazing! Very easy to book - took great care of my pup! Listened to instructions and stayed in communication with updates. I will absolutely book with Alan again when I need a sitter in Asheville.

Ryan is wonderful and very attentive. My puppy had so much fun and was worn out by all the time she got to play with Ryan and other pets she was caring for. Very highly recommend to anyone needing a sitter. I plan on using her for many times to come.

Our dogs were very happy with Julie and so were we! We were visiting extended family in Hendersonville area for the weekend and needed dog care for a few hours for a family event that we couldn't bring the dogs inside. It was too hot to leave them outside, so Happy Hearts & Waggin Tails was the perfect fit! We were very pleased. 😊

Autumn and Josh are both very sweet and communicative! They took great care of our pup and gave us updates throughout her stay with them. Will definitely be repeat clients when the need arises in the future !

What a pleasure to meet Alexis and see the little piece of heaven she and her animals share. My dog had a great time playing with her dogs, and she kept me updated with photos and texts while my dog was in her care. First time leaving Berdi couldn’t asked for a better experience! Kristen kept me updated with pictures the entire day on how she was doing. Highly recommend, will definitely use her services when in the area
