Fred had a long-term stay with David and his family while we were in the middle of a cross-country move. He had a meow-velous time and was returned to us happy and with new toys. Dave's kids treated him like one of their own and Fred loved his time with them. We were so relieved to have a comfortable, caring home-away-from-home so gave us piece of mind so that we could concentrate on selling our house, packing it up, waiting for the new house, move in and unpack -- a two-month process that avoided a lot of trauma for our cat and worrying for us. So happy that Dave was such a good fit!

Lily took exceptional care of our senior cat, Maddie. As first-time Rover users, we were a bit nervous, but Lily immediately put us at ease with her kindness and thoughtfulness. She made sure to connect with us before the scheduled house-sitting by FaceTiming, answering all of our questions, and even coming by for a meet-and-greet. Throughout the process, she was communicative, attentive, and, above all, clearly an animal lover. Maddie has special mobility needs and requires several medications, and Lily was diligent in ensuring everything was on track while we were away. When we returned home, we found a very happy, well-cared-for cat, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Lily will be our go-to person from now on whenever we need someone to look after our kitty. She’s simply the best. Thank you, Lily!

I NEVER have to worry about my senior cat or apartment when Bethany checks in on him. From replacing surprise dead batteries in a feeder to taking the bin out for trash pickup, she has everything under control and sorted! She plays with him, cuddles him, and gives, honestly, hilarious updates on her visits. So much of a load off to enjoy vacations when I only miss him rather than worry if he's doing ok

Justin did a fantastic job taking care of our kitties Phoenix and Cici while we were away! He was extremely professional, communicative, and very thoughtful. 5 stars all around!

Raeann was great! She took great care of my two cats while I was away for a long weekend. Sent pics and updates, gave one of my boys his injectable medication each day, and gave them some extra loving on top of it too! Even vacuumed before I got home! It was wonderful peace of mind knowing they were well taken care of and would definitely book again!

Firstly, Alexis is an absolute wonderful person. She's also an awesome sitter for our fur baby and and will be the same for every pet she meets. Her flexibility is so appreciated but mostly her ability to really connect with animals, especially our kitty. We will always rebook with Alexis! She's become part of our family!
