Ben is great! Punctual, reliable and responds quickly to messages. Our kitties love hanging out with him when we’re away. One of our babies needs daily medication and he’s handled it all! We’re very happy and grateful and will use him again!

He was great. Communication was fantastic.

Elizabeth took great care of our cats while we were away. While they’re too shy for socializing, she ensured that their food, water, and litter boxes were maintained. We would recommend Elizabeth and schedule with her again!

Marissa was wonderful with our two cats! She was very responsive, took great pictures, and really stepped up to help with extra visits and special instructions when one of our kitties wasn’t feeling well. Can’t recommend her enough!

Jennifer gives us peace of mind when we have to go out of town. We always know our cat is in good hands and she snaps the best pictures. I always look forward to the rover cards after each visit!

Sarah took wonderful care of our special needs cat and our home, and was able to accommodate our last minute booking when our other pet care fell through. She administered medicine three times a day, and was a proactive communicator who anticipated our needs. We received lots of photos of playtime & snuggles, and our kitty was relaxed and happy when we returned home from traveling. We definitely recommend Sarah for loving and competent pet care!

James was a pleasure to work with! From a meet and greet before his first time sitting to check-ins with us at each visit, we loved having him taking care of our kitties. He was reliable, punctual, communicative, and we could tell he loved our babies as much as we do. Jessie did an amazing job!! He was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely prepared during the meet and greet. He was very thorough and asked insightful questions that really helped us prepare for taking care of Avey and Moose. I’m very happy with the service:)

I am so happy we booked with Sarah! Not only was she timely and responsible, but she was a great fit for Piper! She sent several pictures during each visit and gave a thorough update every time. It was clear she spent lots of time time playing with Piper - she didn’t just feed her and leave. She also watered some of our plants. We are so thankful for Sarah and plan to book with her again!

Alex was absolutely wonderful! He came out to meet the cats beforehand and really listened to all of the information and spent time getting to know the kitties. He also read through and followed my written directions which are pretty extensive. He has top notch written communication skills. I generally got a several paragraph update on the cats each day, long with lots of daily pictures, and the info he sent was always very understandable and thorough. Alex couldn’t do mornings, so I had other people filling in. One of them accidentally locked the cat in a room that was supposed to be kept closed. Alex noticed, even though this particular cat will not come out to see anyone ever, and expressed his concern to me That he didn’t notice her food was being eaten. He then spent quite a while searching for the cat and managed to find her, and carry her out, even though she was really scared. He cleaned up the mess she made, and she must’ve been pretty happy with him because he saw her every day after that. He even left notes for the other sitters as needed if things were not going well. He took care of plants and many other things on top of that, and the house was clean and spotless, with pictures of the water bowl, litter boxes, and food dishes every day. I feel totally comfortable leaving my cats in his care anytime!

Alema had great communication, was timely, took lots of photos, brought sanitized and clean, enrichment toys for my kitty to play with with her and checked that my kitty's feeder and fountain were working properly and had enough food and water. Would love to have her as a sitter again.

Erica made several home visits with my cat Doris while I was away on a trip. Her communication was great and she kept me updated on her visits with photos and messages. Would highly recommend her!
