Emily took amazing care of my kitty while my husband and I were on vacation. She communicated with me and send so many pictures to keep me updated! She is so sweet and it is clear that she loves the animals she cares for ❤️ we will definitely book with her again!

5 stars as always! My husband and I selected the wrong time and Steve was extremely understanding and even made time to come to our home at a different time late at night. He made a very stressful life event for my husband easier by ensuring our fur babies were okay.

This was our first time using Rover & we couldn't have made a better decision than choosing Mercedes to care for our babies! After having a few bad experiences with boarding I was more than apprehensive about leaving them but Mercedes went absolutely above & beyond!
