Even though our cat was a little standoffish at first, Laura was very patient and built up her trust with pets, play, and treats. Laura was also super responsive when I asked questions or had suggestions for her. She took photos and videos during every check-in, which made me feel so at ease during our trip. I would hire her to look after our cat again in a heartbeat.
