Jesse was absolutely fantastic. She made sure everything was understood when we met and kept great contact with me while I was away. She was able to navigate a special request I had during the drop in. She definitely cares about animals, that comes through clearly and she is absolutely dependable.

Autumn took care of my cat for a long trip at the last minute. She was communicative and quickly visited to meet my cat and learn the routines. She was consistent and let me know that he was being taken care of while I was gone. That made me feel better as I don't like to leave him. I felt like he was looked after well.

Lauren did an amazing job with our 3 cats! She came for a meet and greet beforehand and took time to meet each one individually. She followed all our instructions and provided prompt communication and updates regarding our kids. We would definitely hire her again!

Wow! Heather is an absolute gem who exceeded our expectations and put our anxieties to rest! I truly can't recommend Heather enough. She is competent, friendly, ready to help, and most importantly, was really sweet and patient with our cats--one of whom is extremely shy of strangers. By the end of our vacation Heather had won over and made friends with our scaredy boy kitty. Heather kept us apprised of each visit with photos as well as detailed and humorous updates that really set our minds and hearts at ease. Ashleigh was an ideal catsitter for our precious girl! My cat can be shy with new people, but she warmed up quickly to Ashleigh and pretty soon, they were cuddling every visit. I loved getting every update and photo while we were away.

Denise will do the extras just as I would. I like to have youtube play music & scenery in the background for everyone. Denise takes care of that and any other detail requests I have to make sure everyone is cozy when Im away. Meds, diet changes, etc. She can handle all of it. Glad I found her, has helped so much.

Allison, we can't thank you enough for taking care of "Kat" during our two week cruise to Alaska. We were initially hesitant in booking through Rover not knowing what to expect or how the pet sitters were screened to begin with. We're so glad we did and even more thankful that Kat had you to check in on her daily while we were gone. The love you have for animals is evident and again, we are extremely grateful that we could enjoy our vacation without having to worry about Kat.
