Karen took such great care of our cat, Jack! Even from the meet and greet, she was patient and respectful of his boundaries as he’s hesitant to warm up to new people. She checked in before the drop in visits started and was super communicative. We loved looking at all the photos she'd take each visit and reading the detailed notes. We knew Jack was in excellent hands and won’t hesitate to have Karen care for Jack again!

Excellent communication, available last minute for an unconventional campground visit while traveling (two times in same day), felt like she cared for my pet as her own. Left treats and a card for us when we returned.

We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! From the very beginning, they were communicative, reliable, and clearly experienced with animals. Our pets took to them immediately, which says everything—especially since they can be a bit particular about new people! While we were away, we received regular updates, photos, and thoughtful messages that gave us complete peace of mind. It was such a relief knowing our pets were not only well cared for, but genuinely happy and comfortable in their own home. They went above and beyond in every way—keeping everything tidy, sticking to routines, and even noticing the little details that make a big difference. We came home to relaxed, content pets (and a spotless space!), which is the ultimate sign of exceptional care. We would trust them again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend them highly enough. Truly a five-star experience!

Jeri was great! Super friendly, always prompt and great with animals. She came to meet my pets before her booked visits which I appreciated. Will definitely hire her again in the future.
