Doggy Day Care in Lynn

We are visiting WNC from out of state and took our 9 month old puppy Otis to Kharen and Chips two time for day care while we were out and about. We are so glad we found them! They are very friendly, clearly love dogs and have a great set up for them in their house and yard. We'll be back-Otis had a great time !

Great place for our babies to spend the day!

It was our first time having Buddy receive day/night care. He’s not quite 6 months old and definitely has lots of puppy energy; so, I was a bit nervous for the evening. Plus our outing was very last minute. As soon as I connected to Julie, I knew it was the right fit. She was prompt in communicating with me plus professional and pleasant. I was able to see her home to put my mind at ease when I dropped Buddy off, plus she sent me text messages and pictures of the evening. All of my nervousness completely melted away and I could enjoy our family evening out. The pick-up was smooth and seamless. I could tell Buddy thoroughly enjoyed himself. When I got home and unpacked his doggie bag, I found a beautiful note with 2 pictures of my Buddy. It was simply wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about Happy Hearts and Waggin Tails. We will definitely use Julie again!

Guinness doesn't get a chance to interact with other dogs very often. KaLynn was very calm and confident with him. He cried, but that's normal for him - she picked him up when he was trying to get back to us - and he calmed down. We are grateful to know she is in Asheville - will definitely use her again. She sent pix to of us which located her parking place - she's in a large complex - made it easy to find her; also pix of Guinness with her own dog and another dog dog she was "sitting". P.S. - her complex has a fantastic dog park!

Great! Watched my dog for a few hours while I was at a dog free event. She asked a lot of good questions and made me feel secure that my dog was going to be well taken care of!
