Carlito was so well taken care of while I was gone. Vincent was friendly, professional, and communicative through out the whole reservation. I had several pictures from each visit. I came back to a very happy kitten. Thank you for all you did, Vincent.

Nikolas was wonderful and really put my mind at ease when leaving a sick cat at home. She was not eating much when I left and also needed daily pills, and Nikolas handled both excellently. Even figured out that she will eat pills in Pill Pockets, which is going to make both our lives much easier. I left fairly long notes about her whole "refusing her kidney food" situation and what food he could feed her, and he took it in stride. Thanks so much!

Cindy did a wonderful job with a drop-in visit with my cat over the holiday weekend. She easily handled the different medications my cat needs and I definitely enjoyed getting a picture of my sweet boy. Cindy was very respectful and easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be rebooking in the future!
