Kelsey was super kind and responsive! They took great care of our cats while we were out of town. My cat has a topical medication that has to be applied to his ear and Kelsey had no issues with it! We even had to change our schedule last minute and Kelsey was understanding and flexible.

Eliza always goes above and beyond during her drop in visits. She’s great at communicating, sends lots of photos, and I know my dogs are getting tired out while I’m at work. I highly recommend her!

Would tip more if Rover allowed it. Isabelle caught an injury to our dog while we were out of town. She contacted us quickly, was understanding and cooperative to the process of our panic over our boy, and was super communicative. She got him an exam, and made sure he was set up for the night at our place before we traveled home. I could not recommend Isabelle more.
