Dog Boarding in New London

We are beyond grateful to have had Shanna and her wonderful family care for our three yellow labs over the Labor Day weekend! Leaving our pups behind is never easy, but knowing they were in such loving and capable hands gave us complete peace of mind. Shanna treated them like part of her own family, making sure they were not only well cared for but also happy and spoiled with attention. Her genuine love for animals truly shines through, and that made all the difference for us. She went above and beyond by sending us beautiful pictures from their hikes and keeping us updated on anything she felt was important. That extra care and communication gave us such comfort while we were away. Thank you so much, Shanna, for allowing us to enjoy our time out of town worry-free. Excellent caretaker for my pup! He’s prone to a bit of separation anxiety, but he was raring to go and play with Leslie and their crew! Won’t hesitate to have him stay for future trips, highly recommended.

Got stuck in another state due to weather and Hanna was able to accommodate the messed up schedule! My boy had a great time there and she was great with communication!

I want to thank Carrie for caring for Buster. A quiet environment. Buster enjoyed his little walks and it seemed as though he fit right in...all snuggled up enjoying the personal attention.

Arleen was wonderful with our furry boy. She kept us updated with pics and videos, and treated him like her own. You could tell he adopted her in the pics. Will use again!! We highly recommend her.

Kathy was excellent with my pet and she took very good care of her. She also excepted a late last minute appointment and also gave her her meds since she wasn’t feeling well. She seemed very happy when I picked her up and I appreciate Kathy taking such good care of her for three days.

Rachel is always super flexible, kind and easy to work with! Rue can be a lot for some people to handle but I never worry when I leave her with Rachel, would definitely recommend!!

We just moved to the area and used Norma for the first time as we headed out on our honeymoon vacation. She was very responsive and gave us many updates throughout our dog’s stay. Overall a pleasant experience!

I don’t even have the words to express how grateful I am for Mari and her family. I reached out in a moment of panic, dealing with an unexpected medical emergency with my husband, and she stepped in without hesitation. At a time when I felt overwhelmed and scared, she gave me comfort and reassurance by taking in my baby girl, Zoey, and caring for her like she was her own. Knowing Zoey was safe and loved meant everything to me while I was at the hospital. I am deeply thankful, and I will trust Mari with Zoey again anytime I ever need help.

Linda is wonderful! She took such good care of Obi and he clearly was very comfortable with her. I am so grateful for her excellent care. She kept me updated with lots of pictures too!

Omg what can I say Kim was so good with my fur baby. He loved her home so much he didn’t want to eat from all the playing he did lol. And like she said he’s going take good nap and he did. I definitely would recommend her. Thank you Kim Dunkin can’t wait to come back.

Kayla and her family took great care of our dog for a week. He loved their fenced in yard and enjoyed playing with other dogs that were there. I highly recommend Kayla and would book her again.

Second time having Itzel watch our furry friends and she was amazing as always. Even dropped them off for us when we were afraid we’d be running late to get home from a trip. Highly recommend!!

Great experience. My only concern is that the Rover profile says no pets in the home and no children. While this was fine, I chose this listing for that reason. Gravy has been in situations with other dogs where she wasn’t exactly safe. I heard other dogs and she was covered in loose fur. Again, excellent experience and nothing bad happened, just feel it would be beneficial to update the Rover profile.

I highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for an amazing dog sitter. She gave me such peace of mind with frequent updates, pictures, and videos of my babies. She truly seemed to adore them—and they clearly adored her right back. They were so comfortable with her that they even slept on her lap! Our puppies were unruly with the new environment but Amber was very accommodating and made sure they were comfortable during their 3 night stay. She was also very flexible with me as far as drop off and pick up times were concerned. Thank you for making it stress free and easy.
