Dog Boarding in New London

We are beyond grateful to have had Shanna and her wonderful family care for our three yellow labs over the Labor Day weekend! Leaving our pups behind is never easy, but knowing they were in such loving and capable hands gave us complete peace of mind. Shanna treated them like part of her own family, making sure they were not only well cared for but also happy and spoiled with attention. Her genuine love for animals truly shines through, and that made all the difference for us. She went above and beyond by sending us beautiful pictures from their hikes and keeping us updated on anything she felt was important. That extra care and communication gave us such comfort while we were away. Thank you so much, Shanna, for allowing us to enjoy our time out of town worry-free. It was so nice to come home to a happy dog!!! Usually when we ask someone to watch her, we come home and she is visibly depressed and even physically ill. Leslie made her feel like she was at home away from home. Thank you so much!!!!

We had such a wonderful experience! Arleen and her husband were fantastic and made us feel comfortable right away. Their dog, Rudy, is such a sweet boy and welcomed our girl, Vegas, immediately. We were quite nervous leaving her because she struggles with separation anxiety and is very attached to her mom but within an hour, Arleen sent photo updates of Vegas snuggling in their laps and giving kisses! It was such a relief. We are already looking forward to our next getaway knowing Vegas is in such great hands.

Kathy was excellent with my pet and she took very good care of her. She also excepted a late last minute appointment and also gave her her meds since she wasn’t feeling well. She seemed very happy when I picked her up and I appreciate Kathy taking such good care of her for three days.

They were amazing! So accommodating even with the last minute booking. We go lots of updates while they were there and it was so reassuring they were doing so well. I would definitely recommend them!!

Itzel was the best. Flexible when I was running late and had to have a friend do the pick up. Sent updates while he was there without me asking. Made sure he was comfortable and fed because my cat, EBJ is kind of skittish and had to warm up. He’s back and seems to be doing great. Thank you! Would be happy to leave him there again.

Mari was wonderful with our dog Dash! He was a little hesitant at first with other dogs but she made him feel right at home (right off the bat)! We got frequent updates and he became her hubby's little buddy during his stay! Thank you so much Mari & Fam for being Dash's home away from home while we traveled this Thanksgiving!!!!!!

She communicated with us throughout our dog’s visit and was so sweet to our dog! Even gave her a bath when she got a little wet outside from the rain.

This was our second time using Norma to board our dog. I've already pre-planned my next booking with her. She's A-M-A-Z-I-N-G...reliable, flexible, dependable, responsible, caring!

As soon as my son and I met Brittany, we could tell she was very experienced with dogs, and we knew Onyx was in good hands. Brittany, thank you so much for taking care of Onyx on such short notice. I really appreciate how patient and attentive you were with him it gave me real peace of mind. Also, thank you for the tip you gave me, we will be working with him on his pulling.

Really really great experience w Kayla and family from top to bottom. Coco was in great, loving care all week and I got plenty of updates. Coco got plenty of yard time, exercise, and cuddles. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you Kayla and family!

I highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for an amazing dog sitter. She gave me such peace of mind with frequent updates, pictures, and videos of my babies. She truly seemed to adore them—and they clearly adored her right back. They were so comfortable with her that they even slept on her lap! Total 5 star review! Ashley sent photos daily and took Ava to do so many fun activities. Since picking up my pup, she's been sleeping all day! Would definitely recommend Ashley to anyone.

We were traveling from out of town with our dogs and our younger dog can be a handful and needed a place for him for a few days while we visited with some friends along the way, and Kelly was awesome!! She not only was super friendly and kind but could tell she put a lot of thought into keeping the dogs safe and happy. Tons of open communication before and during his stay. When we get back to this area we will for sure use her again. Thank you!
