Dog Boarding in Oakboro

My 15 year old dog with anxiety had a great time at Leslie’s! Prior to this we boarded at a facility and she came back with stomach problems and terrible anxiety. I was so worried to leave her somewhere for a week but wow, what a difference it was with Leslie! This time she came back happy and healthy! Thank you Leslie for taking such good care of our old gal!

Once again, Kathy took great care of my girl and she was very flexible with my travel plans. Brownie is very comfortable with Kathy at her house and that means so much!

Kayla and her husband are absolutely amazing! They are so kind and very professional from the first meeting I could tell our dogs were in great hands. Kayla did a great job with updates and sending lots of photos we will definitely be booking again as our dogs truly enjoyed themselves.

Dana took wonderful care of my little guy. She made him part of her family, and her Bailey and my dog became fast friends. She communicated with pictures and texts daily, so I was always informed. I’m so happy to have her as Brighton’s new caregiver.

Annie and Grandma Grace are amazing. From the first meeting I knew that Bailey was in good hands. Their home was warm and inviting. I received photos of Bailey during his stay which made me feel at ease since this was his first time boarding. I will definitely recommend Annie and Grandma Grace for your loved one.

Norma is amazing with dogs!! Grumpy loves to stay with her, he has stayed on 3 times and will definitely stay again. Grumpy loves to play eith Maddie (Normas dog). She sends me daily updates on Grumpy’s activities. I am lucky I found Norma!!

Again Maya loved her time with Kevin and Elizabeth. She runs in without looking back and always so happy in the photos playing chase or lounging all over the furniture. She has stayed several times and already booked for another visit. Love all of the photos! Excellent care as always!

If you’ve found Daniel, you’ve found a winner! Dewey spent the day and night with Daniel and he took excellent care of him - above and beyond! Dewey obviously found a comfortable, calm and inviting environment there and I know he’s anxious to go back and see his buddy! Thanks again Dan for your care and compassion.

I’m very careful with who I allow to care for my dog. He definitely needs a caring home environment. After a meet and greet I knew Albina would care for Chico the way that I would. While he was at her house she sent pictures and videos and I could tell that he was comfortable and happy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs someone to CARE for the dog!!!! London and her family took lovely care of our senior pup, Logan over the memorial day weekend. On top of being senior, Logan has hip dysplasia and sensitive GI. So I'm so happy I found someone who cared for Logan like he is their pet 🥹🫶. They truly go above and beyond. When i heard that Logan ate his dinner on the first night he stayed there, I knew he was comfortable and happy because he generally doesn't eat his food at a boarder on first day. That just tells me that he trusted London to care for him, he felt loved. Logan was a happy camper! I loved all the pics, videos, and daily updates 😍 I am thankful I found you, I couldn't have asked for a better family to take care of Logan when we are away ❤️

Christal was great with our pooches! We had a shy dog and an older dog and she and her family took care of them with such love and she sent so many updates along the way! We will be using her again and again and again!

I don’t even have the words to express how grateful I am for Mari and her family. I reached out in a moment of panic, dealing with an unexpected medical emergency with my husband, and she stepped in without hesitation. At a time when I felt overwhelmed and scared, she gave me comfort and reassurance by taking in my baby girl, Zoey, and caring for her like she was her own. Knowing Zoey was safe and loved meant everything to me while I was at the hospital. I am deeply thankful, and I will trust Mari with Zoey again anytime I ever need help.

I was worried about my senior dog who is blind and deaf but she was happy with Amy. She cuddled her sent me pics and notes about her. I will use her again and would recommend them 100%.

Wynde took excellent care of our high-energy boxer pup. She checked in regularly with us, gave extra cuddles, went on daily walks, and had lots of play time. Really appreciate her patience and flexibility, too. Thank you!

Had a last minute change of plans for Colby’s boarding and found Dennise’s profile. She was great with communication and taking care of Colby while I was out of town. Would absolutely rebook and highly recommend!

Rocco loves going to their house to play with their dog. I’ve used her twice now. Carolina and her kids love Rocco. She takes very good care of my pup. Will use her again

Bo is Ollie’s favorite, she’s amazing. Met her last November and Ollie has stayed with her probably 5 times since then. Never any issues whatsoever.

Our doggie had a wonderful time. Alyssa and Spencer sent updates twice a day with pictures, which were so comforting to receive. We would definitely use them again!

Brittany was a life saver. Our other sitter cancelled 2 days before Thanksgiving, and Brittany and her family came to the rescue. We will definitely use them again next time we are in the area.
