First time using Rover, and I'm so glad a friend recommended it! Tricia has great communication and attention to detail. She asked questions and everything was great when I got back from my trip. My elderly cat was well cared for. I will definitely book Tricia again!
Gabriel was prompt, made visits during the time frames I requested, and was respectful of my home and kept things clean. He gave my one very social cat attention during each visit and was able to get photos of one of my very shy cats at each visit. I felt like my cats were in good hands.
All when well, Jack was a happy boy when picked up. Will use agaisn.
Matthew did a super job housesitting and taking care of our kitty. He kept in touch and sent photos and updates often. He is genuinely fond of animals and Jasper clearly returned the affection. This was our first time working with Matthew but it will not be our last!
Valerie took care of my 3 cats while I was out of town. When I initially met her, she was great!! I knew that theyβd be well taken care of. She was very informative and professional. Addisyn stopped in to check on my cat while I was away for a few days. She is very responsive, took lots of pictures of my boy and always provided thorough updates. I felt at ease while I was away knowing my cat was well taken care of!
Maranda house sat for me, caring for my two cats, while I was out of town for a few days. My girls warmed right up to Maranda, even my young cat who has been known to hide from sitters for a long time. Maranda even sent me videos of my young cat being silly and demanding pets. My home appears well cared for and I returned to happy, healthy cats!
Simone is the BEST! I felt so comfortable leaving my 3 pets in her care. She consistently communicated with me and took amazing care of my fur babies. When I returned home I could totally tell by my cats behavior that they had been given love and attention in my absence. Serious, Simone is fabulous.
